00:40 california is walking a tightrope as
00:42 hydro power supply fades
00:44 the catastrophic drought that’s gripping
00:46 the u.s west is
00:47 claiming a new victim the hydropower
00:49 dams
00:50 that much of the region depends on for
00:52 electricity supplies
00:53 obviously in in the coming future we’re
00:57 going to see a whole
00:59 a lot of different uh droughts and a
01:03 whole lot of this kind of language of
01:05 that we need more
01:06 water and we need of course more plants
01:11 there was a rocked in chemical fire that
01:13 could take seven days to burn
01:15 out that was according to the fire chief
01:17 there
01:20 the illinois state official site company
01:22 for environmental
01:23 violations so that is local there if
01:25 you’re in illinois
01:27 uh texans were asked to reduce electric
01:30 use through friday
01:31 electric reliability council of texas uh
01:34 which controls the flow of about 90
01:36 percent of the power in texas
01:37 is asking residents to conserve power so
01:40 they’re basically telling you to stop
01:41 using uh
01:42 your utilities there this is like
01:46 the very beginning of uh where they
01:49 start telling you
01:50 and you know deciding how much we can
01:53 use how much water how much power
01:55 how much everything we can actually do
01:57 there
01:58 they say that we are in for a record
02:00 smashing heat wave poised to send temps
02:03 even higher
02:04 death valley california the record
02:06 holder for the highest air temperature
02:08 ever recorded on earth 134 degrees
02:11 fahrenheit could come fairly close
02:13 to that mark later this week
02:24 had to let a couple people there pass
02:29 and then of course taiwan uh was just
02:33 uh interrupted with 28
02:37 chinese jets it’s a record
02:41 like i said they keep breaking their
02:43 records they’re doing dry runs
02:44 for an invasion but of course
02:47 everybody’s going to say it’s not
02:48 until it is so
