00:27 vpn okay let’s get lisa on lisa’s been
00:29 waiting patiently uh lisa is a former
00:33 military analyst has got lived through a
00:36 whole lot absolutely uh amazing amazing
00:39 person so let’s get a let’s talk to lisa
00:42 about
00:42 this so lisa i reached out to you to
00:46 talk to you about the video that we put
00:48 out it’s uh recently in fact
00:51 dex could you give me a link to the
00:52 video it’s upwards of
00:54 300 350 thousand views since yesterday
00:58 morning
00:59 uh and there’s a reason everybody is
01:01 talking about this w-e-w-e-a-s
01:04 uh
01:05 uh alert and i talked about it and i i
01:08 was basically saying that uh i thought
01:10 maybe we should turn off our phones
01:13 but in a way i was incorrect wasn’t i
01:15 well hello marf and hey foogle fam uh
01:19 yes
01:20 yes um i
01:23 thoroughly appreciate your openness to
01:25 uh
01:26 potentially being corrected and uh
01:29 here’s where i’m gonna go with that um
01:32 to those of you
01:33 enough or at least somewhat near my age
01:35 you remember those old nokia phones
01:36 where you could change the faceplate you
01:38 could also take off your battery
01:41 that battery
01:43 that’s now not removable it means that
01:45 turning off your phone
01:47 isn’t going to prevent anything so if
01:50 there’s something that you’re concerned
01:51 about being pushed onto your phone as
01:53 that
01:54 actually is
01:55 a reasonable fear
01:57 um
01:58 really the only way you’re going to stop
01:59 something like that
02:00 has nothing to do with whether or not
02:02 your phone is on or off
02:04 um the only thing that i can think of is
02:06 like a faraday cage right because
02:09 you’re going to have power that connects
02:11 to your phone no matter what if you’ve
02:12 ever had your phone off but you have an
02:14 alarm set up and for some reason your
02:16 phone wakes up at 7am just to make sure
02:18 you know that alarm is gonna go on they
02:21 can
02:22 access and push stuff onto your phone
02:25 even with this eas system regardless of
02:27 whether or not it’s on or off so yes sir
02:30 so
02:31 i here’s one thing that that a lot of
02:33 people said on that video
02:35 uh somebody a lot of people said nothing
02:38 happened see ha ha ha
02:40 but what they don’t realize is i i don’t
02:42 understand what people thought was going
02:44 to happen did you think that your
02:46 phone was going to literally blow up
02:48 like did you think you were uh it was
02:51 going to heat up and then you know
02:52 destroy you or or a hand would reach out
02:55 if anything was to happen you would
02:58 never know about it and
03:00 again one thing you you kind of looked
03:02 at the video and you reached out to a
03:04 couple people do you want to do you want
03:05 to just kind of talk about uh
03:08 you know after you saw that video what
03:09 you thought let’s start with this right
03:12 um i i saw the video
03:14 you’re
03:15 you’re right to be concerned but there’s
03:17 also kind of a lot more to this right
03:19 and anything that involves our
03:21 government is going to be
03:23 highly bureaucratic and convoluted so
03:26 first and foremost um
03:28 we let’s call it le femme the fema um
03:32 that is part of
03:33 the department of homeland security
03:35 right so
03:37 a lot of things are going to be cloaked
03:39 in this
03:40 conceptual benevolence of you know the
03:43 only the positive side of the
03:45 double-edged sword and so we’ll look at
03:47 this as you know the wea or eas or
03:50 these tests and these systems being put
03:53 together essentially it
03:56 what they’re trying to say is that this
03:57 stuff is going to happen
03:59 so that we can access people in
04:02 emergencies whether it’s the number one
04:04 emergency that they talk about the
04:05 second thing that they’ll talk about is
04:07 right essentially
04:09 late 70s when we first started
04:11 developing the access to call 9-1-1 it
04:14 was tied to a landline phone and that
04:16 landline phone is going to be tied to a
04:18 name and an address so that they could
04:20 triangulate your location to bring you
04:22 whatever emergency assistance you needed
04:24 at the time well as technology has
04:27 advanced
04:28 right cell phones don’t necessarily
04:31 have an address tied to them and so
04:34 there’s a bunch of updates that went
04:36 into
04:36 part of what this test was about and
04:39 there’s some paperwork that if people
04:41 really want to go through they can kind
04:42 of find it there’s a lot through the
04:44 fema website
04:45 um and there’s even a lot that’s through
04:47 uh
04:48 the
04:50 department of homeland security there’s
04:51 three main things that change though
04:53 right so you have a software system
04:56 update that’s going to connect to all of
04:58 these
04:59 different
05:00 sites or locations that are just
05:03 outliers that will push information out
05:06 right and those are not all government
05:07 owned some of those are private entities
05:10 but they needed to update everything so
05:12 for any of these additional entities to
05:14 get grants or money from
05:16 you know the fem or whatever
05:18 they have to keep up with all of that so
05:20 they had to be able to push it out for
05:22 that the next thing is is they change
05:24 the size of the information that they
05:26 can send out so normally it was up into
05:29 about 90 characters i believe it’s
05:31 around 360 characters now which now
05:34 includes video it includes pictures it
05:36 includes i mean this is now full access
05:39 to interrupt whatever so whatever they
05:43 dictate or constitute as an emergency in
05:45 order to access every person with a
05:47 phone now i know that you mentioned
05:49 earlier
05:50 with regards to burner phones and and
05:53 here’s especially something i was
05:55 talking to a couple of my contacts about
05:57 they’re going to have all of that stuff
05:59 enabled
06:00 and it’s going to be again cloaked in
06:02 this benevolent sort of supportive idea
06:04 that if something happened you know and
06:07 you had an emergency situation
06:09 you want them to be able to
06:11 track you down geographically so that
06:13 they can offer whatever support and
06:15 assistance you need
06:16 well
06:18 it’s a little more than just that again
06:19 everything’s going to be a double-edged
06:21 sword right so there’s that supportive
06:24 aspect but essentially it’s almost like
06:26 you’re bringing an informant with you
06:28 wherever you go if you just like roll up
06:30 to walmart and be like hey i need one of
06:32 those little vodafones or whatever it’s
06:34 already going to have that stuff enabled
06:36 with that in mind
06:38 right
06:39 um there’s a
06:41 reset lawsuit that just came out oh gosh
06:44 um
06:45 a week ago was the second of august and
06:48 it’s against alejandro mayorkas right
06:50 this is our our dhs fella um and it’s
06:53 with regards to an emergency situation
06:56 you might call it a crisis i would say
06:59 you know it’s one of those southern
07:01 things especially
07:03 in texas
07:04 and for may and june right and you’ll
07:07 find all of this in this
07:08 lawsuit if you decide to look it up it’s
07:10 up to anybody else but may and june you
07:13 had 180 000
07:15 persons that decided to
07:18 you know red rover red rubber send these
07:20 persons right over um and june was 188
07:24 000 the estimates for july are around
07:27 210 000 right so you’re looking at
07:30 essentially more than half a million
07:32 people
07:32 and that would definitely constitute an
07:35 emergency at least in my book and with
07:38 these people
07:40 relocating into our
07:41 glorious nation
07:44 there’s going to be communication that’s
07:45 going to need to happen and one of the
07:47 ways that you can really address that
07:49 emergency
07:50 right is through
07:52 updating and tracking things and and
07:55 making sure all the software is updated
07:57 so that you can track you know far more
08:00 narrow
08:01 of a triangulation than you would have
08:04 before
08:04 one of the other things that this update
08:07 included is it knowing includes spanish
08:11 so these alerts one there’s no guarantee
08:14 that you’ll actually get a message right
08:16 much like that whole issue that we have
08:17 recently with with pegasus this is not a
08:21 user-dependent sort of thing that would
08:23 happen you don’t have to open up you
08:26 know an email or click on a link or do
08:29 anything this stuff is
08:31 is is going to be there regardless of
08:33 your interaction with it there there’s
08:35 no there’s no change on the user end so
08:38 all these people saying nothing happened
08:40 oh you’re full full of it nothing
08:43 happened
08:44 you cannot say that and actually all the
08:47 towers sent this out
08:49 you just didn’t have anything happen on
08:51 your phone you actually proved my point
08:53 by saying that we don’t know what could
08:55 have happened we’re asking the question
08:57 and telling you that this is a
08:58 possibility my mistake though was i
09:01 should have told people to put it in an
09:02 e-deck bag or something like an e-deck
09:04 or a faraday bag because they could
09:06 access it anyways um as far as people
09:09 kept saying oh well they can access your
09:11 phone anytime
09:13 uh again
09:15 yeah they can but to do it to the entire
09:18 country all at once that’s a whole
09:20 different story and it you know as as
09:23 far as you said that they probably they
09:24 could but again the uh cell phone
09:27 companies wouldn’t they be asking
09:28 questions why they would be doing that i
09:30 mean
09:31 doesn’t that kind of pop up too
09:35 so you would think so and initially that
09:37 was one of the bigger issues and why
09:39 they kind of changed a lot of these
09:41 directives and these directives started
09:43 changing
09:44 well one of the big ones that changed uh
09:47 happened the 30th of march in 2011.
09:50 right we had a presidential policy
09:51 directive ppd-8 that was
09:55 put out by the president that was
09:57 in position at that time
09:59 and in in very specific terms
10:03 right what they’re talking about is ways
10:06 to assist communities affected by an
10:08 incident now that incident can cover all
10:11 sorts of things down to just national
10:14 interests
10:15 right
10:16 so with that being the case
10:19 you’re going to see a lot of things now
10:22 much like this recent you know
10:24 budgetary-esque
10:26 piece of legislation that went through
10:27 the senate yesterday
10:30 that is a very loose term for what
10:32 they’re talking about so even through
10:34 like
10:35 fema’s nems incident uh guide the way
10:39 that they describe what what
10:42 is considered a part of
10:45 any sort of like emergency sort of
10:46 situation
10:48 sometimes that’s just things that are re
10:50 like
10:51 that reference political sensitivity or
10:53 things that might be you know a threat
10:56 to like life memorize sites sometimes
10:59 things that are just weather some
11:01 sometimes it’s going to be things with
11:02 regards to agency policy
11:05 so
11:06 two potuses ago they started changing
11:08 the rules for what was applicable
11:10 and any cell company or or private
11:14 communications company and this is kind
11:16 of where the fcc had to partner with the
11:18 fem in order to
11:20 really establish this this test and kind
11:23 of make it a joint effort is any sort of
11:27 grant or or governmental support that is
11:30 going to coincide with their
11:32 needs in the structure are now dependent
11:35 on their participation so there has been
11:38 a lot of overreach with this stuff and
11:39 you’ll find that um like as recent as
11:41 2018 2019 there have been court cases i
11:45 think the most recent one was in maine
11:47 and in this court case they talk about
11:49 how it’s a breach of liberty and privacy
11:52 for you know american citizens
11:54 and again that’s where that lofty goal
11:58 of the greater good kind of comes into
12:00 play
12:02 so
12:03 if they want help if they want support
12:04 in the future if they want access to you
12:06 know certain areas in order to set
12:09 things up or
12:11 so i lived in utah at the time that we
12:13 had the olympics the winter olympics in
12:15 2002
12:16 right we had
12:18 just crazy construction that happened
12:20 for years and years before everything
12:22 was even going to take off
12:24 but in order for
12:26 different communication companies to be
12:28 able to have access to where some of
12:30 these events were taking place
12:32 they had to have approval because some
12:34 of that is going to be
12:36 the bureau of land management access
12:38 that they have to go through and that’s
12:39 a federal entity and if you’re not on
12:42 their you know
12:44 good list
12:46 they’re not going to help you out so it
12:48 becomes this back and forth thing of you
12:50 know you scratch our back and we’ll
12:52 scratch yours so they’re doing their
12:54 best to mine their p’s and q’s because
12:57 liberties are going up and they’re just
13:00 being taken away from us as quickly as
13:02 you can even imagine so that thing that
13:04 happened about a week or so ago with
13:06 regards to apple and iphones right again
13:09 this cloaked in benevolence and being
13:11 supportive and trying to do good things
13:13 right what they were saying is
13:15 we’re going to scan through not just
13:16 everybody’s devices
13:18 but also they’re clouds
13:20 and yes we’re looking for cp
13:23 however
13:25 you had a lot of people that got kicked
13:26 off and said that’s an infringement of
13:28 my rights and my and my personal privacy
13:30 and my liberties and as a result of this
13:34 right i
13:36 i don’t know if i want to have apple
13:37 products anymore i don’t think you guys
13:39 have the right to do that
13:40 and anybody who talks out or speaks out
13:43 against it they say oh well
13:45 you mean you support cp you’ll support
13:48 this type of like abuse or whatever and
13:50 it’s not a black and white sort of thing
13:53 there’s a lot of gray area in this and
13:55 that’s really where the big problems lie
13:58 and so you have to kind of go through
14:01 and sift through all of the bureaucratic
14:04 baloney
14:05 just to even see what’s really going on
14:07 so once you get through the fem
14:10 and all of the you know dhs stuff then
14:12 you get into nims right and it’s the
14:14 national integrated um
14:17 uh it’s
14:19 it’s an incident reporting system right
14:22 and they start talking about what their
14:24 goals are what you know their purpose is
14:26 and and what direction they’re taking
14:29 and the very second paragraph when you
14:31 get into this they they talk about
14:33 stakeholders
14:35 right now why would a government
14:37 organization be concerned with
14:39 reporting to stakeholders and according
14:42 to you know the femmes they define that
14:44 as anyone who has or think that they
14:47 might have
14:48 a personal interest in the outcome of
14:51 any policy
14:52 so these software updates these tests
14:56 these changes with how things are going
14:58 to interact
15:00 you know with regards to eas or wea or
15:03 whatever
15:04 is applicable to
15:06 stakeholders
15:09 so
15:10 again and so it’s very convoluted you
15:12 don’t see everything and there’s no real
15:14 way to
15:15 just off the top of your head protect
15:17 yourself from stuff unless you’re
15:19 actively making the effort to have a
15:21 fairway bag make sure you’re using vpn
15:24 and if you get any sort of like malware
15:26 or spyware you need to factory reset
15:29 your phone in order to get it off of
15:31 there because there’s nothing that you
15:33 can do to
15:35 pull it out lisa so
15:37 uh just so everybody understands what
15:40 they’re they’re doing here and to break
15:42 it down into because again it’s over
15:44 there’s so much information here
15:47 weas this yeah these these systems uh so
15:51 they can send these mass things out
15:53 again part of these was the reason why
15:56 edward snowden and mcafee if i say it
15:59 right
16:01 that when they did all of these things
16:03 when they were talking about upstream
16:04 surveillance it is now advanced to the
16:07 point where uh they are publicly
16:09 basically telling us that they’re gonna
16:11 be scanning our phones doing all this uh
16:13 there’s a lot of things that are
16:14 happening all at once uh when she’s
16:17 saying apple will scan all of your
16:19 photos it includes you if you have an
16:21 apple or an icloud all of your photos
16:23 are going to be gone through and they’ve
16:25 told you that they’re looking for of
16:27 course this
16:29 and again if you say well i don’t want
16:30 my oh well you don’t want us uh finding
16:33 this you know abuse you know are you
16:36 against uh are you for that or something
16:39 no i’m for you know keeping my stuff
16:41 private as far as everything else in
16:44 this whole wes system and and the
16:47 presidential alert and everything else
16:49 these can be used for greater uh greater
16:52 nefarious situations they could also
16:54 possibly be used to locate every single
16:57 american in the event of a massive
17:00 disaster that these are the doomsday
17:01 event it says specifically on this
17:04 website exactly what lisa marie just
17:06 said which is that they are selling the
17:09 devices pre-opted in and those burner
17:11 phones at walmart and at target and fred
17:13 meyer all those phones those cheapo
17:15 phones
17:16 those are that’s what a burner is you
17:19 don’t even need your social security
17:20 number and you think you’ve got a burner
17:22 but what they’re really doing with
17:24 things like this they can push it out to
17:26 everybody all at one time nobody asked
17:28 questions from the the phone companies
17:30 all of this
17:31 uh with what she was mentioning with
17:33 pegasus and all of this other stuff
17:35 there there’s a broad network here
17:37 basically
17:39 the the thing about lisa is she’s saying
17:41 we’re losing all of our freedoms uh just
17:44 everywhere literally everywhere we do
17:47 not have a freedom that is not being
17:50 encroached right now
17:52 so lisa i’m gonna i’m gonna have you uh
17:54 finish off in under two minutes just
17:57 because we’re on a time constraint and
17:59 then uh when i bring you back in i also
18:01 want to ask you
18:02 uh to explain you know why your
18:05 background matters in this a lot of new
18:07 viewers don’t understand what you did in
18:09 the military
18:14 okay so um
18:16 the easiest way for me to explain it is
18:19 uh i was a
18:20 cryptologic linguist
18:22 so anything with regards to
18:29 patterns
18:30 and patterns with technology if you want
18:33 to look it up you can search sigint
18:35 s-i-g-i-n-t
18:38 intelligence that comes from signals
18:40 and this being said right technology is
18:42 advancing much faster than people are
18:45 capable of really
18:47 looking at the bigger picture right and
18:50 then this is going to be the best
18:51 example with which to
18:54 analogize this okay when when we came up
18:57 with
18:58 the automobile
19:00 we realized that we were changing
19:02 transportation forever what we didn’t
19:04 realize is that we were changing the
19:06 layouts of cities and how cities and
19:09 municipalities are laid out because you
19:11 no longer had to live within like
19:13 horseback or walking distance of you
19:16 know a store a home a business or
19:18 whatever
19:19 we had adapted to a point where now you
19:22 could go long distances so that
19:24 invention has this side effect that
19:28 people might not notice like the
19:29 invention of the internet we didn’t
19:30 realize what that would do to the music
19:32 industry and downloading music and
19:34 things like that there’s always going to
19:36 be a side consequence
19:38 that is going to come rearing its ugly
19:40 head and you can’t take it back and with
19:42 liberties and your freedoms
19:44 as any of us have seen since the 11th
19:48 day of september 20 years ago
19:50 once those freedoms get taken
19:53 i have yet to see them given back and so
19:55 we have to actively as a group
19:58 stand up against the loss of our
20:00 liberties i get that it’s well
20:02 intentioned and i again i don’t claim to
20:04 be like
20:05 the end-all-be-all knowledgeable person
20:07 about everything we have to all work
20:09 together with information and with
20:12 you know a movement towards everybody
20:14 being informed so that we can prevent
20:17 that overreach that tyrannical you know
20:20 possibility in the future so that we are
20:23 all aware and all actively participating
20:25 because of our own choices into what’s
20:28 going on sorry if that was too long
20:32 no that was perfect lisa again i i think
20:35 that
20:35 the whole this whole situation with this
20:38 again is
20:39 uh
20:40 a lot of people don’t realize if
20:42 anything is gonna happen you’re never
20:44 gonna know it and uh you’re already
20:46 getting watched you’re already getting
20:47 listened to
20:48 but what comes next we you know they’re
20:51 moving they’re making big moves if you
20:53 haven’t noticed with the last two years
20:55 there is a lot of big things that are
20:57 happening right now if you didn’t follow
20:59 that event that’s the cyber event that’s
21:01 been going on for three days
21:02 then you have no idea what’s going on in
21:05 the world if you are following that then
21:06 you realize everything is falling pieces
21:09 are falling together and there are big
21:11 people listening there is about to be
21:13 one half versus one half
21:16 and it’s about to get real so people
21:18 need to prep that’s our main point here
21:20 people need to get their stuff together
21:22 lisa thank you so much for calling in
21:23 tonight i appreciate you
21:25 again we’ve got so many new people they
21:27 don’t really know how chat works we’ve
21:29 got chat going nuts um thank you i so
21:33 much appreciate you um i want to have
21:35 you back on the show honor
21:37 i really uh love having you here okay
21:41 i appreciate you thank you so much for
21:42 letting me be here and take care have a
21:44 good night
21:45 all right thank you that was lisa marie
21:47 uh again very amazing caller right there
21:51 uh thank you so much and thank you for
21:53 correcting me lisa i appreciate that i
21:56 did me i made mistakes and if i make
21:58 mistakes or if i say something wrong
21:59 i’ll correct it what i’m not going to
22:01 correct though is that i i do believe
22:03 that um i think there’s something there
22:05 and i’m still going to ask questions and
22:07 i think everybody should too
22:09 question everything question me question
22:12 anybody that says anything
22:14 uh don’t ever listen to just a youtuber
22:16 one of us or all of us even if we’re all
22:19 five of 10 20 of us are on the same
22:21 thing just make sure to go with your gut
22:24 and my gut
22:26 i’m just telling you what my gut thinks
22:27 and with the knowledgeable people around
22:30 me
22:30 i 100
22:32 i know in my heart we are going to
22:34 conflict with one or multiple countries
22:37 very soon
22:38 and if that doesn’t i’m i’m there’s not
22:41 a thing in my mind that says that’s not
22:43 going to happen i don’t even think
22:45 anymore like it’s a matter of when or if
22:48 i think it will happen in the in inside
22:51 two years
22:52 and that’s because well after talking to
22:54 somebody who was in the know
22:56 and
22:56 then talking to another and another and
22:58 then to talk to somebody
23:00 who was like
23:01 up there and for them to say that i was
23:04 it’s done
23:05 i’m not going to change my view because
23:07 i don’t think that that would help the
23:08 public and i don’t think it would help
23:10 anybody
23:11 all right and then before we lose you
23:13 again i highly highly recommend if if
23:16 you do not know we have talked about
