04:04	they want to have zero emissions by 2030
04:07	and autonomous vehicles that will be
04:09	talked about uh of course china uh maine
04:12	officials saying that they want to get
04:14	rid of the first strike uh the or the
04:16	promise not to first strike i don't know
04:18	why i keep saying that uh really really
04:20	creepy stuff and then moon fall we have
04:23	some pictures to show you from that uh i
04:25	watched the trailer it is very very
04:27	creepy considering uh everything we've
04:29	talked about over the last three years
04:31	and exactly uh kind of you know you guys
04:33	know my theory it's like somebody took
04:35	my theory and uh
04:36	you know took it and and of course put
04:39	it into a hollywood film
04:41	so let's get right into the news of
04:42	course california makes zero emissions
04:45	autonomous vehicles mandatory by 2030.
04:48	this is kind of insane in today's day
04:51	and age you're thinking okay getting rid
04:53	of gas powered cars or this is most
04:55	likely going to be
04:57	of course uh you know electric vehicles
05:00	but also autonomous vehicles by 2030.
05:03	now 2030 seems like it's really far off
05:06	uh but you know if you think about it if
05:08	you remember 2012 and uh the rock movie
05:11	that came out and and or what was it uh
05:15	uh what was that guy the
05:17	the the 2012 movie uh the day after
05:20	tomorrow all those movies that came out
05:21	around them because we thought it was
05:22	going to be the end of the mayan
05:24	calendar think about how uh
05:27	how short of a time that was ago
05:29	that is how much time we have until
05:31	2030. uh now there is an agenda as well
05:34	that is named by that same year
05:37	so you know a lot of things are lining
05:39	up now of course that is i believe part
05:41	of that overall uh agenda that they have
05:44	and it is pretty uh strong there as far
05:48	as autonomous vehicles we're looking at
05:50	like a fifth element planet with all of
05:52	these autonomous vehicles flying around
05:54	and or i'm sorry and i should say flying
05:56	around because uh now they are
05:58	introducing all of these weird flying
06:00	drone things uh maybe it will be easier
06:03	but again what will they do with the
06:05	regular cars uh are gas-powered cars
06:07	going to be kept in a bubble city or
06:10	something will you have to you know go
06:12	and drive on certain highways that are
06:14	still there for recreational purposes
06:16	only or will we even be able to drive
06:18	that it seems to me like by then we
06:20	won't have any uh rights to you know
06:22	travel freely or anything
06:24	just a thought maybe maybe we will who
06:26	knows
06:28	it says starting in 2030 california will
06:30	require all light duty autonomous
06:32	vehicles that operate in the state to
06:34	emit zero emissions signed into law by
06:37	governor gavin newsom thursday s p 500
06:39	represents the latest effort
06:41	again by the estate to limit the sale of
06:44	new internal combustion vehicles with an
06:46	eye towards reducing greenhouse
06:48	emissions in 2020 newsome actually
06:51	signed an executive order that
06:52	effectively banned the sale of new
06:55	gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles by
06:58	2035.
07:00	so i guess uh 2035 would be like the
07:03	ultimate cutoff right
07:05	banning the sale
07:07	uh 14 years away of this uh when they
07:10	say you know in all of these kind of
07:13	fearful things about the the you know
07:15	environment they say that we have like
07:17	12 years until we're at the point of no
07:20	return so i don't know what 2035 uh
07:23	would actually do if we stopped doing it
07:25	by then i think that they're going to
07:27	push to do this much earlier than that
07:29	like i said we have
07:32	a an entire world that is dependent on
07:35	oil
07:36	in fact the goal you know the oil
07:39	the oil dollar has been why we have
07:42	started conflicts all over the world for
07:45	oil uh that oil has driven conflicts all
07:48	over the place so think about this now
07:50	that we are switching uh what we are
07:53	dependent on guess what there's going to
07:55	be a transfer of power and at least a
07:57	transfer of what money is actually
07:59	backed on what you know what people are
08:01	going to be fighting over for what is
08:03	going to be the resource some actually
08:05	think that we are the resource uh that
08:08	that human beings will be the resource
08:10	in the future
08:11	who knows
08:12	again uh electricity and electric
08:15	vehicles and things like this will take
08:17	our dependence off of these other things
08:20	which we've gone to conflicts over for
08:22	years
08:22	so some pretty crazy stuff is happening
08:25	obviously uh that's why some people
08:27	think that this whole
08:29	resetting of everything
08:31	is because they are going to have to
08:35	who knows what do you think put it in

09:12	sort of chicken paste and it's being 3d
09:15	printed at the same time as a laser
09:17	cooking each little spot so as it prints
09:20	it cooks and it can actually print out
09:23	like a chicken nugget
09:25	that might sound kind of funny but if
09:27	you kind of look at this picture you
09:29	kind of get the idea it is printing

09:33	cooking at the same time
09:35	so where have you seen this most likely
09:38	star trek with the replicators as far as
09:40	you know hey you want some coffee and
09:42	then it just makes a little buzzy noise
09:44	and and it makes you a coffee uh cup and
09:47	all
09:48	so this is something that is coming
09:51	closer will this get to the point where
09:53	uh we will basically eat this paste that
09:56	is then cooked by lasers and then turned
09:59	into an edible dish

10:03	talked about this two or three years ago
10:06	when 3d printing
10:07	was prevalent in all of these research
10:10	labs they were looking on how they could
10:12	actually do this dex i think that you
10:14	were with me when we first started
10:16	talking about the kind of star trek
10:18	replicator tiny kind of technology as
10:20	far as
10:21	all of this now it's happening
10:24	so again this is something this is kind
10:26	of crazy i mean it's not mainstream but
10:28	it's definitely the first step right
10:31	i mean yeah when we first mentioned it
10:33	people laughed and people said lol yeah
10:35	sure that was like a year ago and now
10:38	they are already saying that they have
10:40	had first successes in doing so so some
10:44	pretty crazy stuff there there is a
10:46	video that is attached to that it will

10:49	see uh the the kind of demonstration
10:52	that they have done there
10:53	and then china enforces power rationing
10:57	or rationing at major industrial hubs
10:59	amid shortages and the corner push
11:03	so it's happening all over the world it
11:04	says a perfect storm of increased power
11:06	demand and the cause to reduce carbon
11:08	emissions has resulted in power
11:10	rationing all across china this is
11:14	according to bloomberg citing a new
11:16	report from friday the 21st
11:18	century business herald it says power
11:21	curbs are being forced into major
11:23	factory hubs in more than 10 provinces
11:26	including zhang zhu zhaejang and then of
11:29	course gang guangdong one of the third
11:31	uh provinces that uh ended up coming
11:34	down with the civ
11:35	and it says local governments ordered
11:37	power cuts to meet carbon emission rules
11:41	following the country's top economic
11:42	planner outlining how an economic
11:44	rebound in the years first half resulted
11:47	in high carbon emissions
11:49	in
11:49	nine different provinces it says the
11:52	business herald reported soaring coal
11:54	prices causing pain for power plants
11:57	that have reduced power output creating
11:59	electricity supply gaps in some
12:01	provinces if those gaps are persistent
12:04	though through the winter season larger
12:06	power curtailments could be ahead
12:09	it says kayaks in reports that jijiang
12:11	that the government ordered at least 160
12:14	energy-intensive
12:16	uh companies to suspend operations
12:19	to reduce carbon emissions many of these
12:22	companies are chemical fiber industries
12:25	the halt in operations is expected to
12:27	last from september 21st to 30th
12:30	so another theory that i have seen all
12:33	over twitter and other places is that
12:36	the carbon that they are trying to cut
12:38	out
12:39	is us
12:41	we admit uh carbon dioxide and of course
12:44	you know uh our we have our own carbon
12:47	emissions right and if we have enough
12:48	humans that would emit more uh carbon
12:51	emissions than uh than most things right
12:54	and of course trees breathe in carbon
12:56	and turn it back into oxygen and then we
12:58	breathe it in again right
13:00	so as far as uh that that theory there
13:04	are some pretty trippy things here like
13:06	it's uh
13:07	it kind of makes it
13:09	it makes you wonder about a lot of
13:10	things that people are being required to
13:13	do
13:14	uh right now
13:16	also trippy i did tweet out a video uh
13:18	that was by the the uh aj aj who was uh
13:22	very famous back in the day but then got
13:24	knocked off of every platform there was
13:26	a video there that he did in 2018 that
13:29	is absolutely in fact actually i believe
13:31	it was uh early 2018 before the start uh
13:35	before what was it in january of 2019
13:40	when all of this stuff kind of started
13:42	and you could say you know all the way
13:43	back to november when we first found out
13:47	about this whole uh thing here this
13:50	this uh thing

14:50	those places were funded by
14:53	people over here so who the heck knows

15:11	power cuts were also issued across 14
15:14	cities in northern province of leoning
15:17	after the grid suffered supply
15:18	shortfalls so china is supposedly having
15:21	all of these power shortfalls is it
15:23	really uh the u.s or another country
15:26	actually doing some uh some dirty
15:28	business there
15:29	uh that is that was suggested as well
15:31	it says new reports suggest texas grid
15:34	was five minutes from a catastrophic
15:37	failure
15:38	so this this again is something we've
15:41	talked about many times we actually have
15:43	a video that we will probably show you
15:45	very soon
15:46	as far as as far as some big names
15:50	talking about what is
15:52	possible here with emp and everything
15:54	else
15:56	i hope that people are paying attention
15:57	right now because
15:58	uh there are things like this that
16:00	should open most people's eyes and get
16:03	them to have prep especially texas out
16:06	of all the places uh especially after
16:09	that snow storm that knocked power out
16:11	and basically stranded everybody uh you
16:14	know times like that it is absolutely
16:17	imperative that you have basic supplies
16:19	that you have food and water and
16:20	everything else
16:21	i hope people are are actually you know
16:24	taking heed to that advice even if it
16:26	means uh doing you know five dollars a
16:28	week going to alaska prepper and and
16:30	trying to
16:31	get you know on that payday prep plan of
16:33	just doing five or ten dollars every two
16:35	weeks
16:36	that is what if that's what it takes
16:38	then people need to do that
16:40	it says with autumn arriving in much of
16:42	the us it won't be long before parts of
16:43	the country start experiencing cold
16:45	weather again texas residents can be
16:47	forgiven for the thought of triggering a
16:50	bit of ptsd given that last winners saw
16:53	the near collapse of the state's power
16:55	grid
16:56	it said that leaving many residents
16:58	without power for several days of below
17:01	freezing weather a long list of factors
17:03	contributed to the mess and in the
17:05	immediate aftermath it was difficult to
17:07	understand the relative importance but
17:10	now grid regulatory and governance
17:12	groups have put together a preliminary
17:14	report on the event along with some
17:16	recommendations of avoiding future
17:19	calamities it says that the central
17:21	conclusion is that the grid failure was
17:24	tightly coupled with the failure of the
17:26	natural gas supply
17:29	in part because natural gas processing
17:32	facilities were among the places that
17:34	saw their power cut
17:37	that's kind of weird that they said they
17:38	saw their power cut
17:42	it says the preliminary report was put
17:44	together by the federal
17:45	energy regulatory commission or the ferc
17:48	in combination with the north american
17:50	electric reliability corporation which
17:52	we've talked about that uh again that
17:54	that's something we've read the reports
17:56	on a non-profit set up by utilities to
17:58	help set standards and practices that
18:01	keep the grid stable the draft itself
18:04	isn't being released at this point but
18:06	the two have been posted on a detailed
18:08	presentation that describes the report's
18:10	contents a final version will be
18:12	released in november so then we will
18:15	actually follow up on this story and
18:16	bring it back but again it says the
18:18	outlines of february's grid problems is
18:20	well understood a severe cold snap
18:23	raised demand at the same time as it
18:25	caused failure of many of the generating
18:27	sources in the area affected
18:29	the problem struck a number of states
18:32	but only texas's er caught grid suffered
18:35	severe failures the neighboring
18:37	southwest power pool suffered five hours
18:40	when it demanded exceeded its generating
18:42	capacity
18:44	but because of its tight integration
18:46	with the neighboring grids it was able
18:48	to call upon 13 gigawatts of the
18:50	generation capacity in states farther
18:52	east
18:53	texas grid is so partly poorly
18:56	integrated into the rest of north
18:58	america that it did not have much help
19:01	as a result demand exceeded capacity for
19:03	three consecutive days with the largest
19:06	deficit being 20 gigawatts
19:09	again a gigawatt is gigantic it can it
19:12	can power i believe thousands of home a
19:14	small small town or a city uh you're
19:16	talking about 20 of those
19:18	i want to say
19:19	that our largest plant
19:21	i don't i don't know if
19:23	if you remember dex but it was like the
19:25	our largest plant puts out like 1.3
19:28	gigawatts or something a day or
19:30	something like that
19:31	it was uh it
19:32	so that is a i believe that's a really
19:35	really
19:36	absurd number it says for over four
19:39	minutes the urcot's grid frequency
19:41	dropped from the standard 60 hertz to
19:42	59.4 hertz
19:44	had ercot stayed at that frequency for
19:47	five more minutes
19:49	additional generating sources would have
19:51	tripped offline sending all of ercod
19:54	into a cascading blackout
19:58	so they would have had some serious
20:00	issues they would have had a
20:03	a literal disaster something that was
20:06	way bigger than what it was
20:08	see the power went out and it went you
20:10	know voluntarily and they uh kind of
20:13	rolled around but we're talking about
20:15	something that would have damaged the
20:16	system and actually knocked out and you
20:19	would have had one of the largest states
20:20	the size of four states essentially have
20:23	the same kind of disaster that we would
20:25	all have under an emp i mean like
20:28	it says fuel type of generating units
20:30	that experience unplanned outages into
20:32	reits and it of course shows
20:34	gas was this big one
20:36	i wonder why they say that they of
20:38	course saw their power cut so the power
20:40	cut uh to the gases
20:43	and that possibly could have caused so
20:46	here here's where this should be in your
20:48	mind you should obviously uh think about
20:50	this and uh you know there is no
20:54	place that does not have its issues it's
20:57	you know natural occurring disasters uh
21:00	it's earthquakes it's
21:02	you know uh hurricanes it's tornadoes
21:05	all of these things it's typhoons there
21:08	is something that you can prepare for
21:11	and it is something that most people do
21:14	not do because it's not convenient and
21:16	it actually takes effort to do
21:19	there are much bigger things coming than
21:21	any of these things
21:23	and they are telling us the united
21:25	states government and the department of
21:26	homeland security is telling
21:28	quietly everybody to have six months to
21:31	a year of food at the same time they
21:33	have set up all across the country
21:36	so i don't know what the hell is going
21:37	on we uh
21:39	we're either going to conflict in
21:42	our country with ourselves or with
21:44	another country
21:46	or we're going to be attacked
21:48	we already have been
21:50	or all of the above
21:54	possibly they are expecting planet x i
21:57	don't know when we talk about the moon
21:59	later it's
22:00	definitely a trip
22:03	uh dex uh now again if you want to call

23:35	system your rvs your boats your
23:37	motorcycles this will save lives in the
23:39	event of an emp or a carrington level
23:42	solar event
23:44	anybody that has done their research on
23:45	the solar events knows we are not only
23:48	in cycle 25 one of the craziest
23:50	predicted cycles ever around 2024 but we
23:54	are also overdue
23:56	for a carrington level event happens on
23:58	average every 150 years we're on about

26:00	were there were these uh very strange
26:02	instances where there was a ransomware
26:04	attack
26:06	and they ended up tracking down through
26:08	the company that was the middle man
26:11	they ended up tracking down at least
26:12	half of the money it was like six
26:14	million dollars and they tracked down uh
26:16	three million and got it back to
26:19	one of the victims i want to say that
26:21	might have been colonial pipeline like
26:23	they got back some of their money or it

28:29	of china said warning it seriously
28:31	endangers the safety of people's assets
28:34	china is one of the world's largest
28:36	cryptocurrency markets
28:39	so obviously this hurts it says
28:40	fluctuations there often impact the
28:43	global price of cryptocurrency the price
28:45	of bitcoin fell more than 2 000 in the
28:48	wake of the chinese announcement
28:50	which is pretty huge it said it is the
28:52	latest in china's national crackdown on
28:54	what it sees as a volatile speculative
28:57	investment at best and a way to launder
29:00	monday money at worst it says trading
29:02	cryptocurrency has officially been
29:04	banned in china since 2019
29:07	but has continued online through foreign
29:09	exchanges however there has been a
29:12	significant crackdown this year it says
29:14	in may chinese state intuitions warned
29:17	buyers that they would have no
29:18	protection for can continuing to trade
29:21	bitcoin and other currencies online as
29:23	government officials vowed to increase
29:25	pressure on the industry
29:27	it told banks and payment platforms to
29:29	stop facilitating these transactions and
29:32	issued bans on mining the currencies uh
29:35	the trade of using powerful computers to
29:38	make new coins it says but friday's
29:41	announcement is the clearest indication
29:43	yet that china wants to shut down
29:44	cryptocurrency trading in all of its
29:46	forms
29:48	the state makes clear that those who are
29:50	involved in illegal financial activities
29:52	are committing a crime and will be
29:54	prosecuted
29:57	so uh dex i know that you're going to be

47:02	their thing they're cutting all western
47:04	world uh influence out of their country

49:16	policy experts that it was time to
49:19	re-examine a fine tune a long-standing
49:23	commitment to only use nukes in
49:25	retaliation to the u.s
49:28	build new military alliances
49:30	and as it increases its military
49:32	presence in our neighborhood
49:35	beijing's current policy which has been
49:36	in place since the 1960s has given china
49:39	the moral high ground but it is not
49:42	suitable unless china-u.s negotiations
49:44	agree that neither side would use
49:46	nuclear weapons first
49:49	he said at a meeting in beijing last
49:51	week
49:56	so as far as the august they're saying
49:59	that that's a big bad threat really
50:01	they're telling their their also they've
50:03	told their country that we were the root
50:05	of the cv and everything around it uh
50:08	they said that it was made in a u.s base
50:09	here uh they just told that to all of
50:11	their public through their official
50:13	mouth mouthpieces uh which is taken as
50:16	gospel by uh most of the older
50:19	generation by the newer generation it
50:21	doesn't matter they just have to follow
50:22	what they say anyways
50:25	they're they're setting up and they're
50:27	pumping their men up to go to conflict
50:29	they're telling their soldiers to get
50:32	prepared for war and to say goodbye to
50:34	your families
50:35	that's the kind of mentality china has
50:37	china's china is uh savage as far as the
50:41	government and in fact the uh as far as
50:44	the
50:46	uh i would not um if i was in a conflict

51:17	how people don't realize how smart uh
51:19	the chinese culture and and how that is
51:22	structured to where it's you know

51:26	and if you are educated you are going to
51:29	be more powerful than people that are
51:31	not educated you see it in actual are in
51:34	every class in the world doesn't matter
51:36	what country and and if it's a third
51:38	world country this and that the people
51:40	with the knowledge the people with the
51:41	information are the most powerful
51:45	if you own information you you own the
51:47	world

51:54	as far as this go dex what does this
51:57	remind you of we talked about a certain
51:59	group of people resigning

53:33	scientists didn't want blood on their
53:35	hands and that china was planning a
53:37	first strike with nuclear

53:45	now we see that they the that the talk
53:48	back then and he was ambassador i
53:50	believe at that

53:54	the ambassador that the person

73:53	regulators in india for an earthquake

76:49	time if you're trapped and presumably it
76:52	probably saved your life

109:32	essentially like sulfur i guess like
109:34	rocks like balls of sulfur that are like
109:36	buried into like the the stone and stuff
109:39	of what used to be a city presumably you
109:42	can see like how the buildings were and
109:44	everything you can see their shapes
109:46	and there's like these balls uh small
109:49	balls like uh golf ball sized
109:51	and uh or of
109:54	sulfur their brimstone that's what it is
109:57	and they're still flammable
109:58	it doesn't you know they light light one

110:24	i found coral reef
110:27	that were shaped like i mean shaped

110:31	like um chariots chariot wheels and
110:34	axles from like you know ramesses the
110:36	first days
110:39	when moses took off with ju with the
110:41	hebrews
110:43	they found all these like you know
110:45	because the metal of course is gone like
110:46	the chariots it's all gone
110:48	now but the coral has taken the shape
110:52	apparently they said that they tested
110:54	the coral and found really high levels
110:56	of metal uh within this coral and
110:58	they're shaped exactly like spitting

111:58	well i guess egypt

112:03	particularly the whole path of moses
112:06	and it's incredible like mount sinai

112:14	well mount sinai right so god came down
112:17	on top of the mountain in like this big
112:19	fiery fiery ball
112:21	um and there's a mountain there um i
112:24	can't remember the name of the mountain
112:25	now stop my head it starts with an h
112:28	but like the top of this mountain is
112:29	charred
112:31	not like a weird kind of rock like it's
112:33	actually just charred it's it's
112:36	not very deep into the mountain um and
112:39	no other mountains around it are like
112:41	that like it's totally
112:42	a one-off thing

112:46	oh like the the burning baby
112:51	kind of this was uh before the ten
112:53	commandments were well when god came
112:55	down to the mountain to deliver the ten
112:57	commandments to moses to kind of hash
112:59	out their their covenant
113:02	god came down and touched the mountain
113:03	as he was like this giant ball of fire
113:06	that came down from the sky and touched
113:08	the mountain
113:10	so at the top of this like hill this big
113:12	mountain it's just blackened
113:14	it's right around the top
113:17	no other no other area in the whole
113:20	like no other section of you know patch
113:22	of land around it that's like that just
113:23	this one
113:24	big you know right there on top of the
113:26	mountain so by the way at the base of
113:28	that mountain they found yeah no no
113:31	finish up
113:34	well at the base of that mountain they
113:35	found um
113:37	you know a mass grave
113:39	and they found
113:40	a bunch of gold like melted into like
113:42	the dirt
113:43	like the gold where the golden calf was
113:45	that the people were worshiping and then
113:48	all those people were executed
113:50	and put in a mass grave um but like the
113:53	whole the whole trip man like the whole
113:55	thing
113:56	they mapped out and and found all this
113:59	evidence all along the line
114:01	sure i mean a lot of it could be just
114:02	circumstantial you know but
114:05	so much circumstantial evidence that
114:06	you're like ah
114:08	what are the odds
114:10	that all of these things
114:12	you know well i'm one who believes that
114:15	all of these things happened and that
114:17	you know
114:18	i guess most people think that it may
114:20	have been uh kind of or that a little
114:24	bit of telephone may have happened and
114:25	it might have been different but what is
114:27	really trippy and what i wanted to say

114:30	what um
114:32	what the caller was referencing as far
114:34	as
114:35	the very beginning
114:37	was they found an area in the middle
114:39	east
114:41	that had layers
114:44	of essentially
114:46	ash
114:48	and diamonds
114:50	from what looks like the area that could
114:53	have been of course uh you know ancient
114:56	sodom and gomorrah
114:58	and they think it possibly was hit with
115:00	a meteor and it the meteor blew up right
115:03	above the ground to to the point where
115:06	it just flashed everything even human
115:08	bones so the bodies just went
115:11	and the bones scattered everywhere and
115:13	that it was so powerful that it turned
115:17	uh it turned like the uh the charcoal
115:20	into diamonds and it was in the the
115:23	ground there
115:24	and then that got covered in dirt and so
115:26	crazy and now
115:27	um basically and oh and then they found
115:30	they found salt uh saltified bones right
115:35	that's the story of sodom and gomorrah
115:39	and scientists are the ones
115:41	archaeologists are the ones confirming

115:46	i wonder where that is look i might have
