00:29	of these they're hiring people all over
00:31	the country to do exercises including
00:34	rural containment in case of a huge bio
00:37	event
00:38	and really what a lot of this says
00:41	is that one they're preparing for some
00:43	sort of biological event and uh you know
00:46	they don't spend
00:47	all these man hours doing this because
00:49	there's nothing there
00:51	they are in fact practicing for what is
00:53	most possible anybody who is in military
00:56	or government knows they they try to
00:59	they try to say that they're being as
01:00	efficient as possible and they try to
01:02	practice for what is most probable
01:05	they're not going to sit there and do a
01:07	300 000 person drill for when aliens get
01:11	here they're going to do a drill for
01:13	something realistic
01:14	in fact cascadia rising that was a drill
01:17	it was one of the largest in the west
01:18	coast that was preparing for the west
01:20	coast tsunami that is going to hit
01:22	eventually um so
01:25	just and i i have notes here because
01:27	there is so much information here uh
01:30	there uh of course the nyc we'll talk
01:32	about here in just a second uh
01:34	philadelphia the department of homeland
01:35	security the fema agency will evaluate a
01:39	biennial radiological emergency
01:41	preparedness exercise in susquehanna
01:44	steam electric station the exercise will
01:47	occur during the week of august 9th this
01:48	happened last month
01:50	we of course had
01:51	juicy riverside and other fire
01:54	departments
01:55	actually do a hazardous and
01:57	bio safety level 3 exercise we had the
02:01	cat dog cat
02:03	of course do internal
02:06	drills inside and uh by the way the
02:08	reason i'm pulling stuff out this is all
02:10	just since august uh they have extremely
02:13	kicked it up a notch as far as exactly
02:15	what they are practicing for
02:18	in fact uh i do want to remind you if
02:20	you do watch my show i talked about when
02:22	i went to moclips washington and i ended
02:25	up speaking to a dod employee that dod
02:27	employee
02:29	ended up
02:30	essentially and i believe him again i
02:32	have changed my view on things because
02:34	of what this man said he said that we
02:37	would be
02:37	in
02:38	conflict with china within two years and
02:41	some other things that i cannot say
02:44	again this was on his views of what was
02:46	going on at his actual station
02:48	they have people that are basically
02:50	taking their off time before things get
02:52	crazy
02:53	and it only gets crazy from there which
02:55	by the way i have a lot to back up as
02:58	far as you know what's going on with
03:00	china and the us uh right now especially
03:03	it there's like a smoke screen in front
03:05	of everything that's going on but
03:07	essentially china is saying that we are
03:10	the enemy uh they are you know not
03:12	pulling any stops on basically telling
03:15	everybody in their country that we're
03:17	the horrible enemy meanwhile we're
03:19	basically saying oh you know don't you
03:21	know don't offend them
03:23	uh china is cutting out english out of
03:25	almost the entire country english
03:27	teaching schools which was one of the
03:29	very few reasons why anyone was there
03:32	and then they have done a ton of work on
03:36	bio weapons in the last two years
03:38	so it all comes together yeah again

04:07	police department office of emergency
04:10	we had hill air force base
04:12	again preparing for the worst uh hill
04:15	air force base conducts its biggest
04:16	large-scale mass

04:20	tea
04:21	uh exercise and uh this was
04:24	just uh about three and a half weeks ago
04:27	it says it was all set up to depict the
04:29	aftermath of a biochemical explosion
04:32	outside of one of hill air force's base
04:35	buildings
04:36	again that was uh hill air force base
04:39	we have riverside fire department uc
04:41	riverside the actual
04:43	university did one there
04:46	and then it says
04:47	uh fema to evaluate radiological
04:50	readiness in the state of maryland so
04:53	there's some a lot of specific places
04:55	that are going like way overboard it
04:57	says the fema of course will evaluate
05:00	the biennial radiological uh emergency
05:03	preparedness exercise at the calvert
05:05	cliffs nuclear power plant uh the
05:08	exercise will occur during the week of
05:10	september 13th 2021 to assess the
05:13	ability of the state of maryland to
05:15	respond to an emergency of uh at the
05:17	nuclear facility so when you actually
05:20	look at all these and we'll give you
05:22	access to all of these you'll see that
05:24	it is a very specific scenario and this
05:27	mind you uh months ago i told you this
05:29	is exactly what that dod employee was
05:32	telling me that they are highly focused
05:34	on bio things and he also told me that
05:36	we here in washington alone had five
05:40	actual cells he said not five guys he
05:43	said groups of people that are actively
05:45	meeting and i believe him because
05:47	there's all sorts of funded shenanigans
05:50	going on right underneath our noses in
05:53	fact you never know who who you're on
05:54	the bus next to
05:56	uh and then of course we had management
05:58	433 isolation and quarantine for rural
06:01	communities
06:03	okay this was
06:04	an eight-hour instructor-led course
06:06	designed to provide knowledge necessary
06:08	to begin planning for situations
06:10	requiring for the isolation and routine
06:14	of a large portion of a local rural
06:17	population this training will provide uh
06:19	public and private sector emergency
06:21	managers community policy makers public
06:23	health public self safety personnel and
06:26	everything else
06:27	we also covered this in our show
06:29	preparing for doomsday u.s soldiers
06:31	training in new york city this is
06:33	separate this is this is back on august
06:35	9th we're not even to the actual actual
06:38	one that starts uh september 18th it
06:40	says uh
06:42	you know uh these u.s soldiers are
06:44	training in nyc for america's worst day
06:46	that could see nuclear or bio attacks
06:50	and ballistic threats specifically that
06:53	one mentions ballistic threats so
06:55	something coming from somewhere else
06:57	mind you we just put
07:00	our actual iron dome that you always
07:02	hear about being in the middle east we
07:03	just put uh the iron dome on guam
07:07	so
07:07	uh hope hope people are paying attention

07:10	i hope none of this happens and i hope
07:12	not to scare people i really want to
07:14	tell people this because there's a lot
07:16	adding up and as somebody who follows
07:18	everything it's almost overwhelming how
07:22	much our just our country and the whole
07:24	world is preparing for the same exact
07:27	thing
07:28	at the same time as we are dealing with
07:30	all of this
07:32	uh it says
07:34	uh the army's task force 46 were coached
07:36	on how to respond to an attack on new
07:39	york city including a focus on its
07:41	subway system
07:42	and tourist hot spots like yankee
07:44	stadium around 170 soldiers from across
07:47	the country joined forces with the
07:48	city's police force firefighters and a
07:50	three-day exercise on randall's island
07:53	last week
07:55	uh and then that was using the the
07:57	basically now well known task 46 which
07:59	was formed in 2013 uh spent their time
08:02	practicing chemical decontamination and
08:05	how to carry out search and rescue
08:06	efforts
08:07	then we have uh of course
08:10	uh the the taiwan officials saying that
08:12	china is weaponizing uh bacteria boomers
08:16	and i i mean b-o-b b-o-m-b-s as nation
08:20	holds bio warfare drill they're taiwan's
08:22	doing this stuff too taiwan has started
08:25	biowarfare defense drills amid
08:27	uh fierce china has weaponized a number
08:29	of deadly pathogens including c
08:33	v
08:34	it says taiwan soldiers have simulated a
08:36	bi-warfare defense drill during the 37th
08:39	hon kang
08:41	exercises which involved a number of
08:42	cleansing procedures including hosing
08:44	down potentially affected vehicles
08:48	just want to you know rewind back a
08:50	couple years back
08:52	they have been heavily practicing like
08:54	this uh for you know in uh big urban
08:57	areas like la we saw uh multiple cities
09:00	do this about two years ago and it was
09:02	really weird everybody was on top of
09:04	that detroit i want to say pittsburgh uh
09:07	florida la all of these major cities had
09:10	helicopters swooping in
09:12	picking people up dropping them off in
09:14	fact they got video and and put it all
09:16	over mainstream that these helicopters
09:18	were landing down dropping somebody off
09:21	delivering a package and then getting
09:23	back in and then flying right off then
09:25	at that same point they ended up showing
09:28	a helicopter land and then get
09:30	decontaminated sprayed down
09:32	i
09:33	also want to add something i forgot in
09:35	the beginning
09:36	we got multiple reports from different
09:38	cities uh including la that there was
09:41	about 30 or 40 vehicles that were going
09:43	through downtown l.a no headlamps no
09:46	headlights this was just two nights ago
09:48	or last night or two nights ago
09:50	and they were driving through the middle
09:51	of the city no headlamps no nothing and
09:54	then the guys were at the top of the
09:55	humvees in the fully you know armored
09:58	vehicles uh with night vision so i
10:00	thought that was interesting obviously
10:02	they probably have uh you know street
10:03	lights to go by but again that was
10:05	something that's a drill that they're
10:07	doing quietly this is something that a
10:10	lot of people are starting to notice all
10:12	over the west coast we're going to see
10:14	this on the east coast they're doing the
10:16	same exact thing
10:18	by the way i just want to take back and
10:21	i want to make sure that everybody
10:22	understands why we do this we don't you
10:24	know we we want to make sure that
10:26	people understand that if
10:28	there are several of these agencies
10:31	highly hyper-focused on this then that's
10:34	something that the general public should
10:36	be paying attention to but most don't
10:38	the thing is is you know nobody wants
10:40	panic nobody wants uh people to worry
10:43	about it
10:44	but i want you to know that if something
10:46	does go down nobody's going to come save
10:48	you and your family you're going to have
10:50	to basically protect yourself and that's
10:52	why there's a whole community of
10:54	preppers we know this
10:56	um especially with like
10:59	hurricane katrina i've said this many
11:00	times but we have a lot of new people
11:03	we've had people call into our show and
11:05	give their in fact able-bodied gave us a
11:08	45-minute description of what katrina
11:10	was like as a nurse and getting escorted
11:12	by military during marshall
11:15	you know what
11:17	and the police and the people that were
11:19	supposed to you know come save people
11:21	they were you know going and doing their
11:23	own thing trying to save their own
11:25	families they left their posts we know
11:26	this it was all over um you know it was
11:29	verified that all these police were
11:31	basically trying to save their own
11:33	family
11:34	and honestly you know in this in these
11:36	kind of situations uh a lot of people
11:38	didn't really blame them
11:40	uh and then non-toxic gas this is
11:43	starting september 18th through the 29th
11:46	they're going to pick five random days
11:48	and they're going to put non-toxic gas
11:49	will be dispersed in the new york
11:51	subways this month the mta and the
11:53	department of homeland security are
11:55	conducting a somewhat ghoulish
11:56	experiment this month on five days
11:58	between october 18th and 29th they'll be
12:01	releasing a non-toxic gas at about a
12:04	hundred and twenty subway stations so
12:06	just so you know that's all
12:08	if they're doing this simultaneously
12:09	this is a big staff doing this uh
12:12	releasing this
12:13	and uh plans for a chemical or
12:16	biological according to new york daily
12:18	news it says quote the air flow flow and
12:21	dispersion study will simulate the
12:23	aerosol release of a an agent bio agent
12:27	in a densely populated urban environment
12:30	according to three one one researchers
12:33	will take air samples and materials that
12:35	will settle on the ground and other
12:36	surfaces afterwards so they're
12:38	physically putting stuff in there uh
12:40	that actually is going to be at places
12:42	like times square the world trade
12:45	complex uh uh union square park the
12:48	union square subway stations as well as
12:50	the oculus transit lab
12:52	then you have of course the the stuff
12:54	that's in this they say is of course
12:57	non-toxic
12:58	you know plato non-toxic right it says
13:01	that it has
13:02	non-toxic substances include salt
13:04	glycerol maltodextrin okay great
13:07	sweetener fluorescent brightener
13:09	non-coding dna oligos and if i'm saying
13:12	that wrong i apologize non-coding
13:15	dna
13:16	amorphous silica among others it says
13:19	the gas tracers include sulfur
13:21	hexofluoride as well as uh
13:24	perfluorocarbon tracer uh sulfur
13:27	fraction is a safe gas commonly used in
13:29	leak testing and is already present in
13:31	urban backgrounds due to its use in
13:32	electric power industry
13:34	so that as far as
13:37	as far as you have this releasing of
13:39	this stuff one thing that i think about
13:41	too is if
13:43	uh we have so many people that the
13:45	government has actually come out and
13:47	done press conferences and said that we
13:49	have infiltrators and spies just like
13:51	every other country what if somebody
13:53	replaced one of these vials you know
13:55	what if somebody replaced one of these
13:57	uh tanks you know what if somebody was
14:00	it uh basically you know spent five
14:02	years getting this job just to be in
14:05	that position
14:06	i i think about that like who is in
14:08	charge who is watching this drill being
14:11	done and making sure that it is
14:13	completely safe
14:15	again at 120 different locations they're
14:18	going to be releasing a gas from a
14:19	certain thing how is that being
14:21	regulated what is the oversight on that
14:23	because what if somebody sneaks in and
14:25	switches the tank then you have yourself
14:27	a horrible thing now i doubt that will
14:29	happen but again i it's something that i
14:31	think about especially since this is so
14:34	public it is you know they're being
14:35	they're telling us
14:36	a week in advance
14:39	as uh
14:41	as far as a lot of this we have more and
14:43	we're putting it this is just a tiny bit
14:46	of what is going on we have so every
14:48	every state is preparing specifically
14:50	for this kind of event and they say uh
14:53	part of this is part of the biennial
14:55	thing or uh
14:57	you know twice once every year
14:59	every other year
15:00	but there's a lot more going on
15:02	underneath if you look at the actual
15:04	background of what we are physically
15:06	doing we are deploying full uh full up
15:08	uh carriers with completely loaded and
15:11	locked locked and loaded and then we of
15:13	course are moving iron dome to guam
15:15	we're moving artillery this is all
15:17	public knowledge
15:19	artillery to alaska
15:21	what the hell is going on
15:24	ships have not uh left china you've got
15:26	all these containers sitting there they
15:28	meanwhile are cutting off uh pretty much
15:31	anything from the western world they're
15:33	banning anything effeminate uh they're
15:35	basically toughening up their people
15:37	they're uh just total propaganda
15:40	um
15:42	mode right now and they said that we did
15:44	it we're the enemy as of august 29th uh
15:47	that whole country hates our entire
15:49	country right now they are taking what
15:51	their mouthpieces say as gospel and it's
15:54	a big deal so
