04:23	china testing a fractional orbital
04:26	bombardment
04:27	system now we've talked about this
04:29	system before in fact in the video that
04:32	we did
04:33	talking about uh china specifically and
04:36	we put together everything
04:38	uh that video we also talked about of
04:41	course the risk of emp and then of
04:43	course we did a whole
04:45	special on what was going on with nk
04:48	peter pry
04:49	the emp task force and we gave you the
04:51	documents to look at yourself
04:53	um one of the videos that we just did
04:55	about a month ago on september 17th uh
04:58	journalists actually took that and
05:01	shortened it down it was a 45 minute
05:03	video they actually took our exact
05:06	theory uh in fact my
05:08	uh you know some people
05:10	criticize me in that video but enough
05:12	people
05:13	actually uh think that i'm on to
05:15	something that uh they did the uh best
05:18	form of flattery which is uh it was kind
05:21	of plagiarism in a way i don't think i
05:22	don't think you could call it that
05:24	because that would be a negative thing a
05:26	gentleman from aj's crew actually took
05:29	down all of our outline from our show
05:32	and compacted it into about a three and
05:34	a half
05:36	minute consumable video so we've linked
05:38	that here for you today uh it actually
05:40	takes everything we talked about uh even
05:43	in order uh
05:45	from a video a month ago and it took it
05:47	and it made it into a consumable four
05:49	minute video so the guy is a great
05:51	editor uh and he put it all together
05:54	with of course uh all of the the
05:56	articles and everything that we put
05:58	together for it
05:59	so we'll we'll talk about that here in a

06:03	you know as far as our theory on this if
06:06	you're new i believe we will go to
06:08	conflict with china soon and we are
06:10	allowed our opinions uh but i'm also
06:12	open-minded i keep my mind as open as
06:15	possible and i have changed my mind the
06:18	reason why i think this uh was actually
06:21	cemented by a dod employee and i even
06:24	have more information and this is from a
06:26	different uh 35-year veteran of the dod
06:31	in fact the
06:33	the woman that this came from uh was is
06:37	still working
06:38	uh i want i shouldn't even say the age
06:41	uh because it's up there and i bet
06:43	there's not too many uh people at their
06:46	age still working
06:47	they contacted one of my good friend's
06:50	dad
06:51	now my good friend is now concerned for
06:53	his dad and for himself because of what
06:56	they said
06:57	what they said was basically called
07:01	the dad
07:02	who is uh essentially a veteran of dod
07:07	uh
07:08	something like 26 years in service is
07:10	still friends with this other person uh
07:12	an older person who is still in
07:15	and they said that there are things
07:16	currently going down as we speak now of
07:19	course we know this a lot of you know a
07:21	lot of the stuff that goes on in the
07:23	world and what the white house has to
07:24	deal with what's in the situation room
07:27	the general public does not know about
07:29	in fact we've had uh history
07:32	declassified throughout the you know
07:34	last 40 50 years where we found out
07:36	we've almost you know destroyed other
07:38	countries we've come to the very peak of
07:41	actual conflict many many times but it's
07:44	never talked about until afterwards most
07:46	the time it's actually kept under wraps
07:48	for as long as as livably possible
07:52	so uh
07:53	dex let's talk about this uh the china
07:55	testing of fractional orbital
07:57	bombardment and then we'll get more into
07:59	into that uh well you know
08:01	adam when this first came out you know i
08:03	sort of rolled my eyes and said okay
08:05	here we go again another
08:07	you know they called it a hypersonic
08:09	test right and it's like okay well we
08:10	know russia has been doing it we know
08:12	nk said they did it and we would assume
08:15	they would get that technology from
08:16	russia but then here the major headline
08:19	was oh by the way
08:21	china had tested a hypersonic right
08:23	but when you get into some of the
08:26	details here and they're talking about
08:27	this fractional orbital bombardment
08:29	system everybody in the frugal fam
08:31	should wake up and realize what that
08:33	means so yeah let's definitely dig into
08:35	this okay so fractional orbital
08:37	bombardment system if you watch the show
08:39	we've talked about it before we talked
08:41	about it on our special dex can you kind
08:43	of explain what uh what that is and why
08:46	people should remember that
08:48	yeah so this is a technique that was uh
08:50	developed i don't know if it was
08:51	developed by the soviets but it was used
08:53	by the soviets and others for an emp
08:55	launch and it allows them to
08:58	basically launch what looks like a space
09:01	based um
09:02	uh
09:03	you know item like you know a satellite
09:05	or something you're going to put in
09:06	space
09:07	but it takes a certain type of
09:09	trajectory where it will come back
09:10	around
09:11	and it's in orbit but then it would
09:14	descend and it's the way to sneak attack
09:16	basically an emp and
09:19	what we talked about specifically
09:21	was that
09:22	nk had actually launched numerous times
09:25	the exact same approach that the
09:27	russians had used and taught them how to
09:29	do it for a fobs launch and that fob's
09:32	launch would allow you to get
09:34	basically an emp up and get it in a way
09:36	that it would not appear to be something
09:38	that was coming in
09:40	as a weapon but more looked like a space
09:43	launch
09:44	and
09:45	you may have heard over the last day but
09:48	what china actually launched went all
09:50	the way around the planet and it
09:52	actually went right over us uh
09:54	there are a lot of people so this in in
09:58	uh i guess
10:01	in coordination with hearing the call
10:04	that my friend's dad got that is what
10:06	kind of really tells me that i've been
10:09	on the right track again i mean you know
10:12	part of it is that
10:14	even though we we get a lot of
10:16	information and a lot of of different
10:18	people saying something i am always very
10:20	skeptical myself that's why we try to
10:23	make sure that we back up everything
10:24	that we say uh we i i have called out
10:28	you know stuff where i think it's way
10:30	overdone
10:31	you know people want to call stuff like
10:33	this fear porn i don't think it's fear
10:36	porn because honestly most of you are
10:38	less afraid and more uh you know wanting
10:41	to know about what's going on
10:43	we are so far from the last world
10:46	conflict that i don't think the world
10:47	really is especially my generation and
10:50	even the generation before has you know
10:53	had so much distance from a world
10:55	conflict that we don't know what it
10:56	looks like but anyone who has studied
10:58	history will look and see that this is
11:01	history repeating itself it is
11:04	literally step by step
11:06	everything that you need for a world
11:08	conflict
11:09	especially with china now
11:12	some theories that are or more you know
11:15	on the on the uh more you know crazier
11:18	end is that ev you know all the sides
11:21	are in on it that may be true but what i
11:24	do know is uh
11:26	that it's most definitely uh set up it
11:29	and without a shadow of a doubt the
11:31	writing has been on the wall and it is
11:33	so clear by now that i don't really
11:36	understand we have new developing news
11:38	out of china which we're going to talk
11:40	about tomorrow as far as a new uh
11:43	gene editing thing that could turn into
11:46	a very very uh very very bad thing uh of
11:50	course that's being talked about other
11:52	by other creators like lowy and all
11:54	sorts of
11:54	others and these are only getting uh
11:58	crazier we're talking about stuff that
12:00	would just blow your mind so but today
12:03	we were talking about how this was
12:05	launched it uh went around the planet
12:08	and now they were shaken by it
12:11	it says such a capability could
12:13	potentially allow china to execute a
12:15	nuclear strike on any target on earth
12:18	with near impunity and very little
12:21	warning it says a report from the
12:23	financial times dimitri savastopolo and
12:26	catherine hilly states that china has
12:28	tested a nuclear-capable hypersonic
12:31	glide vehicle that goes into space and
12:34	traverses the globe in an orbital-like
12:36	fashion before making its run through
12:39	the atmosphere toward its target it says
12:41	there would be huge implications if such
12:43	a system were to be operationalized and
12:46	according to this story which it says it
12:48	talked to five officials confirming the
12:50	test the us government was caught
12:52	totally off guard by it uh so they were
12:55	they were they did not know about this
12:57	whatsoever so if this was the real thing
13:01	we would all be goners or we would have
13:03	had an emp blast three times in in uh in
13:06	the air and boom uh lights out uh you
13:10	know it only takes uh a low yield blast
13:14	in the right place in one place to knock
13:16	out the whole uh us so
13:19	of course dex do you want to explain
13:21	some of yeah some of the other parts of
13:24	this
13:25	well yeah so so and we'll we'll get into
13:26	it as we go through the article but just
13:28	keep in mind this notion of practical
13:30	orbital bombardment means you're going
13:32	up in space and then you're coming back
13:33	down and because they're talking about a
13:34	hypersonic glide vehicle that's why
13:36	they're saying they can get a nuclear
13:38	strike on the ground faster
13:40	and pretty much undetected in the sense
13:43	that it's so fast you're not going to
13:45	have time to react right
13:47	but here the thing to think about is
13:49	that with an emp blast that doesn't have
13:51	to happen on the ground that happens up
13:53	in the atmosphere it happens so high up
13:55	in the atmosphere you know it's
13:56	literally in the stratosphere it's way
13:58	up there so
13:59	um you know you don't even need the time
14:01	for the dissension to come down it just
14:03	it just needs to go around and it's up
14:05	so something like this would probably i
14:08	would think what you would see in some
14:09	sort of launch would be an emp that goes
14:12	off followed by numerous of
14:15	you know these same type hyper glides
14:16	that are coming down really fast that
14:18	can't be detected and you know the
14:20	presumption if you're the other side is
14:21	you're trying to knock out as much of
14:23	the defense
14:24	capabilities from the with by using the
14:26	emp and then bring down
14:28	you know nuclear uh
14:30	explosions is in in various locations
14:34	and as far as you know if this glided in
14:37	did its thing
14:38	we would all be in a really bad spot now
14:42	uh just to remind everyone there has
14:44	been plenty
14:46	of different things that have happened
14:48	in the last six months that should have
14:50	the hair on the back of your neck
14:52	standing up as far as what china has
14:54	done in just the last two months
14:56	is extremely alarming they have
14:59	virtually cut off everything and again i
15:01	i would refer you to somebody's uh
15:04	work here uh you know one of these guys
15:07	actually took our exact outline for a
15:09	show
15:10	but i will give him this he took our 45
15:12	minutes of a lot of extra stuff that
15:15	probably didn't need to be in there uh
15:17	and put it down to about a three and a
15:19	half minute video i believe his name is
15:20	greg reese or something something along
15:23	those lines uh but he did a video here
15:26	and it goes through and you'll actually
15:28	see uh the this is our exact outline
15:31	from our show uh mass resignations at
15:34	the uh nuclear institute uh of course
15:37	this was last year there there's a whole
15:39	timeline here in within this that should
15:43	tell people exactly where our head has
15:45	been this is my thoughts and i mean it's
15:49	really putting together this isn't a
15:50	stretch this is clear as day this should
15:54	be something that people see and share
15:56	with family and you know end up going
15:58	okay that is a lot
16:00	these are all backed up by actual
16:02	sources and articles so every piece in
16:05	this including what's going on with
16:07	canada everything else it's in there so
16:09	make sure to go check out that uh that
16:11	video after the show
16:14	and then uh
16:15	of course we'll we'll uh we'll talk
16:17	about that here more in just a second
16:20	but it says the foundation of this cold
16:22	war era concept is commonly referred to
16:25	as fractional orbital bombardment system
16:28	or fobs but instead of carrying a
16:30	traditional nuclear-armed re-entry
16:32	vehicle this chinese system would carry
16:34	a hypersonic glide vehicle that would
16:37	possess immense kinetic energy upon
16:39	re-entry as such it could make a very
16:42	long maneuvering flight through the
16:44	atmosphere at a very high speed to its
16:47	target the fobs concept has long been a
16:49	concern because of its potential to
16:51	bypass not just missile defenses but
16:54	even many early warning capabilities
16:57	compared to a traditional
16:58	intercontinental ballistic missile or an
17:00	icbm a fobs can execute the same strikes
17:04	but from highly unpredictable vectors
17:07	range limitations also become a
17:09	non-factor and the timing of an inbound
17:12	strike is far less predictable but at
17:15	least with the traditional fob's
17:17	ballistic missile or i'm sorry system
17:19	some sort of projections could be made
17:21	if the mid course orbital vehicle can be
17:25	tracked although that could still be a
17:27	real challenge so there obviously you
17:29	know if it was intercontinental a
17:31	missile like that they can you know
17:34	possibly guess where it's going to go
17:36	this is so much harder to do so and
17:38	again right
17:40	go ahead and adam we've invested heavily
17:42	in tracking icbms coming from the north
17:45	because the the conventional
17:47	for the past 60 years has been okay
17:50	they're going to come over from the
17:51	other side of the globe over in russia
17:53	and they're going to come across the
17:54	pole and come in to the north so we've
17:55	been focused on the north we have not
17:57	been focused on the south there's
17:58	nothing below us that we've been worried
18:00	about but with the fobs what they do is
18:02	they launch in a reverse orbit that's
18:04	going from north to south and come
18:05	around the south
18:07	basically coming in on us uh from the
18:09	south but so high we're not necessarily
18:12	in a position to see it right
18:14	because it is in orbit not down at in
18:17	reentry and icbm and then when it
18:19	reenters it's coming in super fast
18:22	hence why i i i think that they were
18:25	preparing for this and when they fully
18:28	get this this starlink system set up
18:30	which by the way when starlink first
18:32	came out anybody that's watched this
18:34	channel uh can confirm to any newbies
18:37	that i said right when starlink was
18:39	announced period i said that i believe
18:42	that this was some sort of defense
18:43	system
18:44	as it came out and as it went along just
18:47	a few months ago they ended up saying oh
18:49	yeah by the way
18:50	some of the starlink satellites are
18:52	actually going to be sensors for
18:54	hypersonic objects
18:56	so if if they do get uh sensors for
18:59	those hypersonic objects or anything
19:01	this fast up then that would totally
19:04	negate uh china's uh you know you know
19:07	of course these new
19:08	devices these new hypersonics
19:11	or at least it would give us a fighting
19:13	chance and it would be more even
19:15	nobody wants even in this kind of race
19:17	especially when one
19:19	country is trying to become the only
19:22	superpower in in the world or at least
19:24	not be number three or number two
19:26	anymore
19:27	and again there's a lot of proof to show
19:29	you that as far as uh xi and what he is
19:32	doing and the the things that he is
19:34	passing right now and everything he's
19:36	changed his country overnight in the
19:38	last two months they have cut out
19:40	everything cut out english uh exams cut
19:43	out english speaking uh all of the
19:45	million dollar companies that were doing
19:48	english teaching and bringing foreigners
19:49	in those are done they cut off
19:51	communications and video games they
19:53	banned effeminate tv they told their
19:55	entire country through their main
19:56	mouthpiece that we were responsible for
19:59	this whole event that's been going on
20:00	for the last two years they are
20:02	basically pushing pushing pushing for
20:06	for their country to absolutely hate us
20:09	and by us i mean the u.s i know that
20:10	there's folks from all over the world
20:12	watching us right here now but this
20:15	would affect everyone that we are allied
20:16	with so uk australia and again if you
20:20	can't see the sign of australia uh you
20:24	know
20:24	saying hey france uh the the subs that
20:27	we were gonna get for from you were
20:29	gonna take years to to complete uh us
20:32	can give us nuclear subs
20:34	right now
20:36	and they did that
20:37	that should be kind of a a ding ding for
20:40	a lot of people that they needed it now
20:43	of course all of the countries doing
20:46	these weird drills uh of course the well
20:49	we're going to talk about it tomorrow on
20:50	that breaking down their new uh
20:53	as far as what's going on with the genes
20:55	uh with very specific targeted uh things
20:59	that they are coming up with for human
21:00	beings which sounds like science fiction
21:03	but it is not only real it is the
21:05	scariest most nightmarish thing you've
21:07	ever heard of
21:08	this is i believe could be a part of it
21:11	could be a two-part uh
21:13	a two-part horrible nightmare and i hope
21:15	that we never live it so i just want to
21:17	remind people there you know
21:20	there are uh there are a lot of scary
21:22	things in this world
21:24	so you know for the people that watch me
21:27	it's your choice to watch so you know i
21:30	would highly recommend if this isn't
21:32	something that you want to know and if
21:34	you don't want to know about the
21:35	negative things that are going on in the
21:36	planet don't watch a channel like mine
21:39	i'm not trying to be all negative there
21:41	are some of us that
21:43	regardless of youtube if this wasn't
21:45	around i would be
21:46	watching this like a hawk myself that's
21:49	why i grew is because i was speaking my
21:51	mind when i was little uh when i was you
21:54	know in my car just speaking my mind and
21:57	people started latching on because they
21:59	were thinking the same thing if you
22:00	really do truly speak your mind and and
22:03	speak what you are thinking and and it
22:06	is what everybody else is thinking
22:07	that's when people come not when you're
22:08	trying to do something
22:10	um again
22:12	so
22:14	with this i mean it should be clear as
22:16	day i've shown you enough articles
22:18	enough sources and it just keeps it the
22:21	the the archive of of archive documents
22:25	that are just so plain to see
22:27	what is happening right now
22:29	it's unbelievable
22:31	uh this glide vehicle the fact that you
22:33	know that cannot stress this enough the
22:35	fact that we did not see it until after
22:38	is really bad um as far as you know
22:42	there might be a time limit here once
22:44	spacex gets all of these hypersonic
22:46	sensing devices up there once they get
22:49	that launch then maybe that will totally
22:51	negate these systems and mind you if
22:54	anything china needs to take taiwan uh
22:57	when they really do have an advantage
22:59	they're not going to have an advantage
23:00	once we have this full-on grid around
23:02	the planet uh essentially you know
23:05	uh sensing everything uh it seems to
23:09	many people and again this is uh opinion
23:12	slightly mixed in with actual documents
23:15	from multiple countries doing weird
23:17	things with china
23:18	that maybe they are actually setting up
23:21	for something pre-hand like there's you
23:23	know
23:24	sort of some uh leg work i guess what
23:27	would you call it scaffolding for this
23:28	to happen
23:31	dex what would you what would you call
23:32	it
23:34	well it's definitely beyond foundation
23:36	right um we're we're definitely into
23:39	that's that that phase of of you know
23:42	doing what i would say is final testing
23:44	or at least at least showing off your
23:46	testing to uh for whatever value that
23:49	provides
23:51	from a negotiation or a power standpoint
23:54	right like if all of a sudden we're
23:56	saying hey by the way
23:58	we can now you know take a
24:01	hypersonic glide vehicle
24:03	and we can maneuver it left right and
24:05	zigzag it all we want while it's doing
24:08	mach 5 so that you have basically no way
24:11	of touching it
24:12	on its way down and it's going to come
24:14	down in a matter of minutes
24:16	you know
24:17	and you have no warning that's pretty
24:18	powerful statement and if you're uh you
24:21	know on the the defense side of that
24:22	you're going to be trying to figure out
24:24	how quickly you can mitigate
24:27	you know that type of uh
24:29	of adversaries uh systems right
24:32	i mean that's pretty fast
24:34	and i don't want to skip this in fact
24:37	this should have went first uh t-man
24:39	defense official says china is on its
24:41	way to replacing us's world superpower i
24:44	know that that that sentence by itself
24:46	some uh some people especially in the
24:49	united states go oh that's bs
24:52	i don't think people realize uh how much
24:56	there has been this huge

25:02	it's it's really rough to say because
25:04	there i i think that they're part of all
25:07	of of the internet now um so

25:12	i've seen what has happened to two two
25:15	specific creators that have gone in on
25:18	uh china and i've seen what has happened
25:20	to them in real life and like
25:23	it's kind of scary
25:25	they are the only country with a million
25:28	man uh propaganda team that literally
25:32	are just fake accounts online but real
25:34	people so they can sway any opinion they
25:37	can do pretty much anything and
25:38	everything they can cancel somebody if
25:40	they talk badly uh there's a reason why
25:43	people like john cena are saying jojo
25:46	i'm so sorry to the chinese people
25:48	there's a reason why uh there's
25:50	documents on the official canadian
25:51	website saying hey businesses prepare uh
25:55	for
25:56	the social credit score system it's
25:58	going to be in place uh you know be
26:00	ready for these things as they happen uh
26:03	you know here's how to deal with this
26:05	new system as it comes into play
26:07	why is that well because maybe
26:10	maybe some people have uh you know
26:12	worked long i don't know again but i
26:15	will go by the facts of it it says that
26:16	former defense official elbridge colby
26:19	said in a new episode of rock nations
26:21	tucker carlson that the country's
26:23	desensitization to threat inflation has
26:26	made it difficult to convey
26:28	the severity and seriousness of the
26:32	threat posed by china to the united
26:34	states and the global community at large
26:36	what are you saying is that there's been
26:38	so much uh put out there about you know
26:41	oh scare scare scare scare scare scare
26:44	when there really is something going on
26:46	nobody's paying attention nobody's
26:48	actually looking we are looking we've
26:51	been watching this the whole time and
26:52	we've been way ahead and that's because
26:54	we're just paying attention it doesn't
26:56	take a crystal ball to see this it has
26:58	been very clear step by step inch by
27:01	inch this has been coming into play and
27:04	anybody that watches and anybody that's
27:06	been following along with us and giving
27:08	us this this uh these great puzzle

28:51	you just have taiwan which people don't
28:54	understand i have talked to so many
28:55	people that don't understand why taiwan
28:57	is important to not be a part of
29:00	mainland china even though they know
29:02	about the chipsets and the the the
29:04	factories there and everything else what
29:06	they don't understand is is the
29:08	geographics of it as far as the
29:10	principle and letting that go is a huge

29:19	having troops there all of the countries
29:21	drilling on actual freeways
29:25	as if uh why would you do that well you
29:27	would drill on actual freeways again uh
29:30	they are landing a10 warthogs they are
29:32	landing hercules on freeways
29:35	and actually decks i said the wrong
29:37	plane the giant plane it's not the
29:39	hercules it's the other one right
29:42	yeah it's a c-130 i believe c-130 giant

29:54	countries including taiwan landing huge
29:56	planes and jets on the highways what
29:59	that says to me is they are going for

30:07	bases would be knocked out that their
30:09	airfields would be knocked out because
30:10	it's the first places to go

30:14	why would you use the freeways well
30:16	because freeways are makeshift uh those
30:19	are runways
30:21	but they are very difficult so now they
30:22	are practicing on them because there's
30:24	power lines there's power poles there's
30:27	all sorts of of different things that go
30:29	in there's tons of variables there so
30:31	now they are practicing with certain
30:33	teams with all sorts of pilots and
30:35	they're doing more than what they are
30:36	actually saying the ones that got
30:38	announced were the ones where they had
30:39	to close down they're doing this out in
30:42	the test facilities as well and they're
30:44	doing it on a daily basis the reason why
30:46	they closed down some of these bigger
30:47	ones is because they do want uh certain
30:50	pilots to actually get that training in
30:52	a situation where they would have to do
30:53	it uh with a very very tight spot
30:58	so that it all of the information for
31:00	that uh we've got tons of videos just
31:04	want you to know we've been doing two
31:05	hours shows essentially for
31:08	over almost four years
31:10	so there is thousands and thousands of
31:13	hours back and it's archived on

31:26	glide vehicle the the fact that we
31:28	reported it or we financial times at the
31:31	u.s reported that this happened of
31:33	course china came out and denied it

31:36	and and you know they're not going to
31:38	come out necessarily and say we have it
31:40	right away and while if they're testing
31:41	it and they're going to deny it publicly
31:43	and they just said oh it's just a space
31:45	vehicle
31:46	but why would it be a space vehicle if
31:48	they launched it in the same fobs style
31:51	that that the soviets did in the past
31:54	that even china did when they had
31:57	a program like this back in the 60s and
31:59	even the same way that we know nk
32:02	launched two satellites using the two
32:04	satellites that they called satellites
32:07	using this exact same approach right
32:09	where it has this this southern
32:13	approach over the south after launch
32:15	meaning it's undetectable
32:17	um this
32:18	you know and so one of the articles we
32:20	have goes into great detail sort of
32:22	explaining why
32:23	uh
32:24	their denial seems to be a little bit of
32:26	nonsense and and and it also
32:29	reiterates like how some of this stuff
32:30	works but this is kind of a you know
32:34	it's it's pretty clear to me that
32:36	they're
32:37	advancing their space weaponry and their
32:40	ability to
32:41	you know launch things in a way that can
32:43	be
32:44	hidden or uh give them greater advantage
32:46	than we've ever thought and we've talked
32:48	about this before we've talked about how
32:49	don't write off china as just being
32:52	you know cheap manufacturing and low
32:54	quality products i mean that they're
32:55	advancing and advancing and
32:57	you know here is yet another really
32:59	crystal clear example of something that
33:01	they're doing
33:03	and
33:04	this is also to point out you know we
33:08	got information on this we told you
33:10	months ago specifically about the frac
33:13	the
33:14	the fractal
33:16	the fractional orbital bombardment
33:18	device we showed you exactly what it was
33:20	we said you're going to need to remember
33:22	this because this is going to come in
33:23	play this is what the officials are
33:25	talking about this is what is raining
33:27	down this is what all the chatter is
33:29	about fractional orbital bombardment
33:31	systems and now it ended up not only
33:33	being tested but being tested and then
33:35	not being discovered until after they
33:37	tested it
33:39	this was they denied it happening but
33:42	they have at least five officials that
33:44	have come out to multiple sources saying
33:46	that it was not a missile it was a space
33:48	vehicle it was this fractional orbital
33:50	bombardment system so they're denying
33:52	this
33:54	and then
33:55	of course then you have china's claim
33:57	that fractional it's it's fractional
33:59	orbital bombardment system was a space
34:01	plane test doesn't add up
34:04	dex do you want to do you want to go
34:06	into why it didn't you know why of
34:08	course uh it didn't add up
34:11	yeah absolutely so you know what they're
34:13	saying here is that um
34:15	the way they launched the way the system
34:17	worked and the way it came around is it
34:19	was basically taking the same trajectory
34:21	and the same type of approach that a
34:23	fobs would do and having maneuvering
34:26	capability like it did uh was also right
34:29	in line with what they were talking
34:30	about with a hypersonic glide glide
34:33	system right
34:34	so
34:35	this whole notion that oh they're just
34:37	testing reusable spacecraft
34:40	um you know while it certainly could be
34:43	you know what a a good excuse to give
34:45	that you could sort of say don't look
34:47	here it's just a spacecraft uh in
34:49	reality it looks much more serious than
34:52	that at least from the technical aspects
34:54	it looks like they've actually taken
34:56	and used the technology
34:58	um that we that they have you know were
35:02	planning back in the 50s and 60s that
35:03	they were testing throughout and that
35:05	now you know nk has actually launched
35:08	the soviets have been launching it that
35:10	way for a while and now we see china
35:12	doing it as well and and we know that
35:15	now that china has a significantly
35:18	larger investment in nuclear capability
35:21	uh than ever before they're building
35:22	silos left and right they're building
35:24	you know weapons left and right
35:27	um in in this category to amp up their
35:29	arsenal so that they're you know
35:31	significantly larger than they have been
35:33	before right so this is uh something
35:36	that we need to pay attention to it's
35:37	not just
35:38	the hermit state over there you know
35:42	which does have a legitimate threat like
35:44	nk legitimately could put off an emp but
35:46	i don't know that nk is going to
35:48	you know do a devastation of a whole
35:50	bunch of things all at once where
35:52	somebody like china or or russia could
35:55	right
35:57	and uh again let's not forget that
36:00	they of course have done all of this in
36:03	a short period of time they went from
36:05	being third uh largest navy in the world
36:08	to the first largest navy in the world
36:10	in just the past few years
36:12	they now uh not only surpassed us in
36:15	amount of ships but they surpassed us uh
36:18	now i believe it's up to like 65 more
36:21	ships than we have
36:23	uh they quickly put it into hyper mode
36:25	and created carriers and super carriers
36:28	uh super amphibious carriers which of
36:30	course i talked about the back and forth
36:32	with the two amphibious assault carriers
36:34	in in bay both caught fire for five days
36:37	mysteriously within three months of each
36:40	other the odds of that are pretty insane
36:42	unless you actually have a silent
36:44	conflict going
36:45	and then of course their air force now
36:48	we have experts that are saying the same
36:50	exact thing they're secretly building
36:52	undercover they're building masses and
36:56	masses of of jets of every kind of plane
36:59	you can imagine they have found via
37:02	satellite photos uh essentially this
37:05	kind of camouflage and they know that
37:07	they're building huge planes and huge
37:10	things underneath it and they know it's
37:11	not boats because it's not on the port
37:13	or at least they don't think it is they
37:15	think that that is where they are mass
37:16	producing these planes
37:19	and jets uh their army their physical
37:21	army is giant well if they don't have
37:24	enough ships to get all those that you
37:26	know million billion man army or
37:28	whatever out then what good is it well
37:31	they thought of that too they took every
37:33	one of their civilian ferries and they
37:35	passed a law uh a while back now that
37:39	they would have to make every single
37:41	civilian ferry and every
37:43	single commercial ship
37:46	with a future war in mind they told them
37:49	they said hey if you build this yeah you
37:51	can use it for commercial ferry and all
37:53	that
37:54	for the time being but when you build it
37:56	we have these specifications in mind you
37:59	need to have a drop ship function you
38:01	need to have the nose come up so we can
38:03	drop tanks out of it in a future
38:05	conflict and that's exactly what they do
38:07	because they don't have to go through
38:08	red tape they don't nobody has to take a
38:10	uh you know nobody has to drop their
38:12	their ballots in to decide if that's
38:15	going to be how they spend their tax
38:16	money
38:17	they just do it
38:19	they have no red tape to cut and of
38:21	course the as far as going back to those
38:24	90 nuclear scientists that were directly
38:26	working for the government for them to
38:28	all walk out on the same day half of all
38:32	of their research and development people
38:35	to walk out on the chinese government is
38:38	basically blacklisting yourself from any
38:40	other job
38:42	especially when it's not a position
38:43	where they can just put up a get you
38:45	know we're hiring sign and get another
38:47	rocket scientist or get another nuclear
38:50	scientist these guys were specialized uh
38:53	probably had 14 years of college each
38:57	and they left they all decided together
39:00	what do they know that we don't what did
39:02	they see coming down the pipeline did
39:05	they see a long-term plan where
39:08	they were going to help some horrible
39:10	horrible thing happen
39:12	again these are all facts
39:14	as far as these these uh these
39:16	situations have happened
39:18	why else would 90 scientists leave it's
39:21	not over pay because guess what some pay
39:24	or any pay is better than zero pay or
39:27	peanuts a day
39:29	there's not the same complaints in china
39:31	that there is here
39:33	if you have a job like that for the
39:35	government you are taken care of or at
39:37	least way more taken care of than most
39:40	employees
39:41	you're definitely no janitor right
39:44	so you most likely have a nice house
39:46	nice living to give that up and for 90
39:49	to give it up at the same time knowing
39:51	that there's still another hundred so
39:53	they're still going to keep going
39:55	it's not going to stop the project or
39:57	anything they just don't want blood on

40:04	wake up everybody to what
40:07	is very possible our whole world has
40:09	been turned upside down your life is now
40:11	changed you have to wear a cover over

40:21	at this point all those people that said
40:23	two three years ago in fact four months
40:25	before this whole thing hit
40:28	we we we showed you all of the
40:30	documentation we showed you the maps
40:32	from the three-letter agency starting
40:35	with w ending with h o
40:37	we showed you those and said hey why why
40:40	do they have these weird uh maps that
40:42	they're publishing with
40:43	how the world is going to be affected by
40:45	the next
40:46	demo right we showed you that we showed
40:49	you uh that they were drilling in
40:51	seattle and all these other cities and
40:53	what's so funny is the drills that were
40:56	before this all happen that are archived
40:59	on my website and on my show
41:02	me going down in person and getting
41:05	eyewitness statements of them
41:07	essentially dealing with a riot before a
41:09	riot happened
41:11	men in in uh in mass all this stuff
41:13	basically looked like something already

41:16	all of that was before

41:20	cunningham going missing that i'll i'll

41:33	uh you know vs before this for something
41:36	that was
41:38	eradicated in 1981
41:41	was it actually the thing that they said
41:43	they bought we don't know because it is
41:45	the united states government they're
41:46	allowed certain

41:51	again we're only taking guesses and
41:52	speculation on that

41:57	sansbury smith paints a picture of an
41:59	emp attack from nk great book very scary
42:03	scenario it is and there's actually more
42:05	more to that than you think what was
42:07	that next i'm sorry

42:11	last thing from this one uh article just
42:14	and it kind of reiterates what i said
42:15	but it's really important because it's
42:16	not just dex saying this and adam's
42:18	saying this this is coming from the
42:19	research and from the uh the reporters
42:21	and the military defense that have
42:23	talked about this
42:24	and it's that the glider would provide a
42:26	highly maneuverable platform to bring
42:28	the
42:29	conflict head to the target giving it
42:31	much more significant capabilities to
42:33	either dodge enemy air and missile
42:36	defense or simply strike from an
42:38	unexpected vector where there is no
42:41	defenses to begin with
42:43	a strike by the way of the south pole
42:46	would for example come from the exact
42:48	opposite direction from where much of
42:50	the u.s missile defense shield is
42:52	pointed any attempt to intercept a
42:55	hypersonic glide vehicle in general
42:57	under the most optimal conditions is
43:01	something the us government and others
43:03	have publicly acknowledged is extremely
43:06	difficult period so it's like the the
43:09	most difficult thing for us to
43:11	potentially predict

43:14	and hit and by the way even if
43:17	they're using what they want to call as
43:19	a spacecraft for reusable re-entry in
43:22	other words hey we're going to put space
43:23	men in this or space people and men and
43:26	women in it and fly it back down
43:28	even if that's what they say they're
43:29	doing and even if they're doing that
43:31	that same vehicle because it is coming
43:33	in at a hypersonic range and it's
43:35	maneuverable
43:37	can the same tech can be used to do this
43:40	fobs and that's what's so important here
43:42	is that we have to pay attention to this
43:44	is that it is a maneuvering vehicle from
43:47	this high altitude that will be gliding
43:50	at a hypersonic speed right
43:52	and so no matter what way you skin it it
43:54	doesn't matter it's still a huge huge
43:56	threat

48:59	system they're going to be able to
49:00	launch an emp using an unconventional
49:03	way that would happen very quickly in
49:05	other words it'd be even faster than
49:06	they were talking about most of those
49:07	articles were talking about just getting
49:09	an uh nuclear bomb to the ground this is
49:11	something that happens up in space so
49:12	you don't even have to have the reentry
49:14	you just have to get around the south

49:16	and basically get positioned right above
49:19	you know the kansas area the middle of
49:20	america area and you would have the
49:22	greatest reach
49:23	uh of within with an emp and what that
49:25	does is it that blast up in the
49:27	atmosphere charges all these ions and it
49:29	basically rocks the ionosphere and it
49:32	causes uh this induction that happens in
49:35	copper wire and all sorts of metal and
49:37	wire so that is why your electrical grid
49:40	even the miniature grid if you want to
49:42	call it that that's in your home
49:44	or all that wire that's in your car
49:47	it's like a giant antenna that's saying
49:49	you know power me up and when all those
49:51	ions come through they basically induct

50:02	the e1 e2 and e3 phases of an emp which

50:20	a surge protector except it's so
50:23	supercharged that it can not only it can

50:28	need because you get that blast so

50:32	in other words they tested it like 43 or
50:35	44 times at the keystone labs which you
50:37	mentioned earlier and i want to say on
50:39	the last three tests they cranked it to
50:41	the highest levels they possibly could
50:43	out of the test equipment to go above
50:44	and beyond what was required for the the
50:46	mil-spec right and it still survived so
50:49	that's important to know because you
50:50	know an emp can happen multiple times
50:52	it's not going to happen multiple times
50:54	in a row like in minutes because the
50:56	ionosphere has to recharge but you can
50:58	get hit once and then maybe turn on the
50:59	generator you think everything's fine at
51:02	least for you and then boom it happens
51:03	again and that's part of the strategy is
51:05	to use multiple hits in multiple
51:07	different angles to try to take out as
51:08	much of the electrical grid or power
51:11	systems across your enemy's plan
51:14	footprint
51:15	so that's why

51:23	prepper himself he's a a youtuber

51:38	possible this is actual protection

51:43	emp shield should be just included in
51:46	houses as part of code

51:50	some of the stuff that they make code
51:53	as far as you know having a railing for
51:54	your your stairs you should have an emp
51:57	shield it's just it's dumb not to

52:02	what is happening

52:11	everybody should be responsible about uh
52:14	how they do it and how uh you know
52:17	start it's never too late to start

52:27	were arguing for the longest time you
52:28	don't need it because if the power goes
52:29	out you don't you're never going to see
52:31	it again right and if you remember the
52:32	old report said oh you you can we would
52:34	lose power for up to two years but keep
52:36	this in mind right companies
52:38	specifically emp shield have been
52:40	working with the power grids for the
52:41	last two years three years now
52:44	and publicly they could they can only
52:46	talk about texas that's what we've
52:47	talked about is the texas grid so
52:49	but keep in mind that
52:51	this is being done on our grid in the
52:53	sense it's being done to improve our own
52:55	ecosystem our own uh power grid system
52:58	so if this does happen we do have a good
53:01	chance especially in certain areas where
53:02	they've already invested

53:11	far as we know that there are a ton of

53:18	actively protecting themselves uh so
53:22	yeah my thought is that we need to do
