03:53	want to touch on what i i actually went
03:55	over on the other sister channel
03:57	marfugal news the supply chain crisis is
04:00	unseen since ww2
04:03	now as far as my opinion on this i
04:06	believe that there is something way
04:07	worse than say a shortage and that is
04:10	that we are starting a conflict with
04:13	china there's many reasons i think this
04:15	it is pretty obvious that we are
04:17	drilling very hard and so are all of our
04:19	allies
04:20	to
04:21	be in some sort of massive conflict
04:24	we've had massive massive drills the
04:27	last one was in 18 different time zones
04:30	simultaneously
04:31	they're drilling to land planes and of
04:34	course a10 warthogs and c130s on
04:36	highways that would be in case we knock
04:38	out
04:39	all of our bases and then of course
04:41	we've moved the iron dome system for the
04:43	first time to guam
04:45	uh all of those tests there's a lot of
04:46	firsts happening uh but essentially this
04:50	the message of that video make sure to
04:51	go over there and check it out uh get
04:53	your stuff now for christmas because
04:55	there won't be stuff on the shelves and
04:57	that's not an exaggeration that's not
04:58	like uh fear or anything that's that's
05:01	the reality of this shortage and we told
05:03	you it was coming now experts are
05:05	actually backing it up with numbers the
05:07	numbers are uh just as bad as they were
05:10	uh they compared it in this article to
05:13	when there were adversaries sinking
05:16	adversarial submarines sinking
05:19	commercial ships
05:20	so instead of uh actual conflict and
05:23	them shooting it the the trade ships
05:26	they're just not leaving and they're not
05:27	coming in
05:28	uh again really really crazy stuff i'll
05:31	talk about later what somebody commented
05:33	to to me which i thought was a little
05:35	bit weird i don't know if it was
05:36	something a little bit off
05:38	but we'll talk about that in a bit

05:42	worried about christmas cause christmas
05:43	is about christ we need nothing for
05:45	faith i i totally agree with that as far
05:48	as though the kids this year
05:50	over the last two years have gone
05:52	through absolute heck uh and i would say
05:55	that you know over these two years they
05:57	probably deserve a really really good
05:59	thanksgiving and a really really good uh
06:01	christmas make sure to see as many as
06:03	much family as you can for the kids like
06:05	if they have cousins you know get their
06:08	their fun in because kids are losing
06:10	their childhood fast uh they're having
06:13	to grow up incredibly fast and now uh
06:15	politics are being pushed on
06:17	kindergartners so
06:18	again it's probably a good time there's
06:20	one day a year where you can sit down
06:22	and have fun and and open toys and stuff
06:24	like that you know not everybody's able
06:26	to do that that's why we are actually
06:28	going to try to
06:29	help at least a family this year
06:32	we are going to encourage everybody to
06:34	do so as well if you have the ability

06:38	this first article is from the sun it
06:40	says i saw a ufo firing four beams of
06:43	light at nuke missile we launched from
06:46	secret air base now this isn't some
06:48	average joe or somebody who lives in
06:50	florida this was a air force lieutenant
06:54	again this says a former air force chief
06:56	revealed today how he saw a ufo
06:59	firing four beams of light at a nuclear
07:02	missile while in the fringe of space
07:05	it says speaking at a bombshell press
07:07	conference today ex-first lieutenant in
07:09	the usaf robert jacobs told how he
07:12	actually caught on camera a flying
07:14	saucer-like craft circling the dummy
07:17	warhead during a test flight but was
07:19	ordered to never speak of what he saw
07:22	now this guy who looks like one of the
07:25	guys who rips his masks off in
07:26	scooby-doo is actually the lieutenant
07:29	that said this
07:30	uh and no he is not a captain of a uh
07:34	fishing ship or popeye along with other
07:36	former american air force chiefs he was
07:39	giving evidence about how aliens
07:40	tampered with weapons during tests a
07:43	nuclear basis even started launch
07:45	sequences before shutting the missiles
07:47	down giving his testimony to the presser
07:50	at the national press club in washington
07:52	d.c jacobs said quote i was part of a
07:54	u.s air force cover-up
07:56	in september uh of 14
08:00	of 1964 he was in charge of a 100 man
08:03	unit jacobs had been dispatched to the
08:05	big sur in california to photograph with
08:08	high-speed instrumentation at atlas d
08:11	missile launch from vandenberg
08:14	so it says i was a part this was one of
08:16	his quotes i was part of a u.s air force
08:18	cover-up this is all because of three
08:20	stages of the rockets powered flight
08:22	were to be observed including the
08:23	separation of a dummy warhead on the
08:25	edge of space but the next day jacob
08:28	said that he was called into the office
08:31	of major florenz j mansman
08:34	uh and that's man's man
08:36	that that's a name uh where three people
08:39	in grey suits were standing whom he
08:41	later found out were cia he said major
08:44	man's man said lieutenant sit down and
08:47	watch this he turned down the lights and
08:50	the film came on and i recognized it as
08:52	the film that we had shot at big sur the
08:54	previous day
08:56	it said that as i watched all of a
08:58	sudden in the same direction this stuff
08:59	was flying at about 8 000 miles per hour
09:02	an object came into the frame shot a
09:04	beam of light at the warhead and he said
09:06	it flew to the top shot another beam of
09:09	light at the warhead flew around to the
09:11	direction it was flying shot another
09:13	beam of light at the warhead it flew
09:15	down to shoot another beam of light at
09:16	the warhead and then flew out of the
09:18	same way it came in
09:20	jacob said he remembered saying we got a
09:21	ufo but he was ordered never to speak of
09:24	it again
09:26	and that is what uh he saw and what he
09:29	saw never happen
09:31	it says four former usaf captains will
09:34	speak about worrying incidents going
09:35	back several decades
09:38	that show classified government
09:39	documents and it says and they are
09:41	calling for the u.s congress to
09:43	investigate and hold public hearings
09:45	into the reports that the ufos have
09:47	disabled nuclear weapons at military
09:50	bases
09:51	so
09:52	there have been theories for years now
09:54	that the actual ufos or aliens or
09:57	whatever you want to call them
09:59	have been stopping or saving humanity
10:02	every time that a launch happens they
10:04	somehow stop it some have even theorized
10:06	that aliens had something to do with the
10:08	false missile alert in hawaii that they
10:10	that it was a real missile and that's
10:12	why the gentleman who uh not you know
10:14	not only didn't press a button but did
10:16	all of the drop-down menus and confirmed
10:19	each time he said recently that he 100
10:23	thought it was real
10:24	uh
10:25	that maybe it was real that that it was
10:27	knocked out of the sky by some other
10:29	force now i'm not saying that that's
10:31	what i believe uh i don't i think that
10:33	there was something that happened that
10:34	day
10:35	but again what if all of these events
10:38	ufos were stepping in to save humanity
10:41	that's of course the theory that i've
10:42	heard time and time again over the last
10:43	four years

10:46	former air force officer robert salas
10:49	was on duty commander of an underground
10:52	launch facility assigned to male storm
10:54	air force base montana u.s 24th on 1967
10:58	he says
10:59	he claims that all 10 of his
11:01	intercontinental ballistic missiles
11:03	became
11:04	inoperable so he said that they stopped
11:07	working altogether salus added that
11:10	eight days earlier on march 16th 1967 a
11:13	similar incident occurred in another
11:15	missile launch control facility
11:18	nukes neutered is what they call it
11:19	right so this is
11:21	this is something that i you know
11:25	we've seen so much in the news watch
11:27	they might come out with some giant
11:29	story like this to have everybody
11:30	talking about at the water coolers to
11:32	keep them away from other stuff uh you
11:35	know such as uh china not sending a
11:38	thing out on any boats
11:40	basically closing down all exports and
11:42	and you know the fact that people need
11:44	to be focused on you know the the fact
11:46	that uh china makes 90
11:48	plus of uh our antibiotics you know that
11:51	that shouldn't be focused on uh but this
11:52	will so these are testimonies and some
11:55	take it very seriously how do you take
11:57	this uh let me know

12:09	some are questioning why he would come
12:11	out now uh when others and he says that
12:14	basically he doesn't have anything to

12:25	we do know that congress and senate have
12:27	looked at these cases and the the whole
12:29	reason why they were able to take this
12:30	so much further is because they have all
12:33	these rumors of them going above nuclear
12:36	and nuclear plants and critical
12:38	infrastructure for the government

12:42	a ufo then it's china or russia

14:34	my grandpa recorded all of his calls to
14:36	rush limbaugh and after he passed away
14:38	in i believe 96 or 97 we all listened to
14:41	his tapes and his calls to rush limbaugh
14:44	he it was the kind of thing where i've
14:46	i've compared it to the people that hate
14:48	me and the 97 or so that guaranteed
14:51	press that dislike button that help
14:54	engagement because actually you know
14:56	youtube doesn't see it as a bad or good
14:59	thing they just see engagement and it's
15:01	starting a debate so they actually mark
15:03	you up for that
15:04	those 97 people
15:06	are the people just like my grandpa that
15:08	listen to rush limpa even though
15:11	they hate rush limbaugh or they disagree
15:13	with him
15:14	they listen every day because i you know
15:16	maybe it's just it's something where

17:10	warning but they were saying basically
17:12	people should stay away from it now if
17:13	you saw the video from yesterday of at
17:16	least one video that is going all over
17:18	the place it is a gentleman in a tourist
17:20	parking lot and you can see a couple
17:22	cars ahead what is so scary to me is how
17:25	big this thing was and how big the
17:27	initial explosion was dex did you see
17:29	that video of this thing and how fast it
17:32	was spreading and i was thinking in my
17:34	head why are they still standing there
17:36	they're about to be in complete darkness

19:41	is worried about is that the entire
19:43	earth is active right now uh we of
19:45	course saw la palma and then we saw all
19:47	of these other volcanoes uh which you
19:49	know they didn't cover going off uh four
19:52	in alaska were raised to i believe
19:54	orange or red or i want to say red but
19:57	at least orange and you know there was
20:00	26 volcanoes going off at one time uh
20:03	just about a week and a half ago when i
20:05	when i did that video
20:07	right now there is a ton of just weird
20:10	volcanic activity
20:12	uh you know some think that things are
20:14	coming closer to the planet that maybe
20:16	our wobble is doing this or
20:19	i just shared out on my twitter as well
20:21	uh in fact this is this kind of goes
20:23	hand in hand

20:31	this so i i wanted to kind of do a
20:34	throwback this was an article we
20:36	actually covered here on the show
20:39	about the planet's wobble uh this was a
20:42	forbes article out of uh out of any uh
20:45	talking about how nasa said that humans
20:48	are causing the world to uh wobble
20:51	causing horrendous changes in all of our
20:54	our you know earth structure the weather
20:56	uh volcanic activity earthquakes all
20:59	sorts of stuff so there there is an
21:01	article right there that you should go
21:02	over and read if you didn't uh if you
21:04	missed that the first time around three
21:06	years ago so i knew i
21:08	you know i made sure to show that you
21:10	know this was an older article i'm not
21:12	trying to share it as new news
21:14	um but this is actually at the start of
21:16	all this space for stuff and everything
21:18	if you look at the timing of this
21:20	article it lines up with a lot of crazy
21:21	stuff so i basically said that while
21:23	we're all sitting around not moving
21:25	right now
21:26	isn't that weird do you remember when
21:28	when the lockdowns first started
21:31	one of the theories was that maybe we
21:32	needed to be like
21:34	totally still or something that uh
21:37	that our actual movement was doing
21:40	something do you remember that
21:42	there was that's a creep that's a creepy
21:43	uh idea that's kind of crazy too
21:47	but if that if that's the
21:48	that actually happens that's kind of
21:50	unreal

21:54	they say official so anybody that says
21:57	some of the stuff that we talk about is
21:58	like oh sure it's like

22:06	rover we're gonna turn the planet right

22:49	supply chain crisis and then china's
22:50	power issue
22:52	may make the global car shortage much
22:54	worse
22:56	well yeah i mean when you talk about car
22:58	shortages you know we thought it was all
22:59	about microchips but apparently um the
23:02	power issues that they've had in china
23:04	is causing them to conserve power and
23:07	shut down certain
23:08	industries and one of those is magnesium
23:10	production
23:12	and surprisingly they produce
23:14	about 85 percent of the world's supply
23:17	and it's apparently a very um important
23:21	component to uh i guess aluminum alloys
23:24	and other parts that are in
23:26	the manufacturing process of vehicles
23:29	whether it's a body panel fuel tanks
23:30	brackets
23:31	brakes axles etc so
23:34	if you can get your hands on chips um
23:36	you may not be able to get your hands on
23:37	the raw material to make these other
23:39	parts so we may have yet another
23:41	compounding issue on cars
23:44	that are going to prevent us from having
23:46	new automobiles or these plants being
23:48	able to make new cars and this is just
23:50	another one you know when we talked
23:52	about the antibiotics ninety percent of
23:54	the active api uh ingredients that the
23:56	active pharmaceutical ingredients in
23:59	antibiotics are made in china
24:02	85 percent of the world's supply of
24:04	magnesium is made in china as well this
24:07	is like why would you let your your
24:09	adversary somebody who you know
24:11	eventually is not going to be your
24:13	friend
24:14	somebody who is a actual you know
24:17	communist nation why would you let them
24:20	control this it doesn't make any sense
24:23	uh
24:24	former administrations have actually
24:26	called it out and said exactly what it
24:28	is but there's just so much once they
24:31	get this the balls rolling on a lot of
24:33	this uh money tied in stuff
24:36	it's like then you're tied in with these
24:38	countries and then you're supporting
24:39	them i mean look at we owe them so much
24:42	money how did we get in into debt with
24:44	china it's like how did we even start
24:46	doing business with them in the first
24:48	place another thing that a lot of people
24:50	that are not paying attention don't know
24:53	is that
24:54	china the their citizens before 1979
24:58	did not have the ability to really make
24:59	money for themselves they picked up
25:02	capitalism from the western nations and
25:04	they started letting their people
25:06	basically make money and make companies
25:08	and and start making money as long as
25:10	they got a cut of it yeah you know you
25:12	could prosper in china you could make a
25:14	business you still couldn't own any
25:16	property technically it would always be
25:18	kind of in the you know it would be
25:20	owned by china but you could own
25:22	businesses you could make money you
25:23	could participate in capitalism which
25:26	again in the last two months all of a
25:28	sudden the country is saying that
25:29	capitalism is evil that we're not paying
25:32	any part of it the the mouthpiece out of
25:35	china is actually saying that you know
25:37	we don't want anything to do with
25:38	western culture uh you people as far as
25:42	in the people of china that are reading
25:44	this from the mouthpiece uh we don't
25:46	want you to idolize anyone no superstar
25:49	no pop star no american no chinese pop
25:52	star should be somebody who is idolized
25:55	you should idolize the chinese
25:56	government and look up and worship them
26:00	uh that is essentially what's being said
26:02	in the shenzh uh the shenzhon paper the

26:43	get actual notifications saying like you
26:46	know yeah americans are this or this or
26:49	that or they're responsible for this
26:50	putting it into their the back of their
26:52	head
26:53	and it's essential and it's actually uh
26:55	basically required to have that weibo
26:58	and to have that social uh app and and
27:01	to have that stuff on you uh phones are
27:04	all tied to directly to your social
27:06	basically your equivalent of a social
27:08	security number i mean it's just insane
27:11	and guess what now china is working with
27:13	all these other countries they've got
27:14	everybody in debt to them and now
27:16	they're holding a ton of cards and
27:19	people are still thinking oh you know
27:20	they're backwards made in china kind of
27:22	stuff but that's that's not uh that's
27:24	not the new china that's that's the old
27:27	china prior to 1979 and then they slowly
27:30	built up this just absolute crazy uh you
27:34	know set of money that they are uh
27:37	besides the united states the richest
27:39	country
27:40	only third to that uh all of the world's
27:43	countries combined
27:45	besides china and u.s actually the third
27:48	country is blackrock capital
27:51	yes that company actually has more money
27:54	than all of the other countries besides
27:56	china and the u.s combined
27:58	all of the gdps of all of the countries
27:59	in the world besides china and of course

28:03	have that and guess what they're
28:05	involved in they told everybody to
28:07	invest in china so you got the third
28:10	richest party there

28:15	then you've got a whole shadow

28:22	probably helped support blackrock by the
28:24	way if you have a retirement plan most

31:11	could be used and they put it in a human

32:39	an earth before it went to a crisp now

32:55	can't call it human just life on it in
32:57	general if they were thousands of years

33:03	same kind of technology what if

33:07	of years ago what if the legends of
33:09	atlantis were actually real

33:13	since humans have been around

33:18	have been around as far as like what's
33:19	the officially accepted narrative or at
33:21	least how far back is is uh

34:21	have people that discovered these things

34:26	the same thing all it would take is a

34:33	million people
34:35	in some country that was isolated to
34:37	advance like that
34:40	in a 120 year period they went from no
34:42	electricity to everything we have today
34:46	there's nothing different about the
34:47	planet i mean there's no uh resources
34:50	that we we have now that we didn't have

34:53	what if that happened and then they got
34:55	wiped off the planet by an asteroid or
34:57	something and it was isolated that's one
35:00	thought right and that would still line
35:02	up with the the bible it just would be a
35:05	different place in it

40:35	far as to take stem cells from monkeys

40:49	as much as people want to have children
40:51	and everybody and a lot of people are
40:53	you know it's part of their life is to
40:54	procreate

41:39	what they don't see is is all the most
41:41	wonderful things that happen

42:52	hearts they've been transplanted in
42:53	they're usually good for ten or so years

43:02	create life or give people the ability

45:15	none of the younger people are on
45:16	facebook uh it is insane to look at the

45:20	how many young people uh young people
45:22	consider facebook like you're it's like
45:25	today's myspace like you're not on
45:28	facebook people use facebook though i
45:30	know that there's some young people that
45:31	use it for like say marketplace or use
45:34	it for messenger but they're not
45:36	actually using it for facebook um
45:39	with all the information that comes out
45:41	i'm really surprised more and more
45:43	but it is a tool right for our audience
45:46	of of the older people that stay in
45:47	touch with their you know high school
45:49	friends or people it is a great tool
45:52	it's also a great tool for organizing or
45:54	at least it was before the us government
45:57	said they were directly worth working
45:59	with facebook trying to you know find
46:01	people out so i'm really like seeing
46:04	like the way that has things have
46:06	happened and the way that things have
46:08	come out and the whistleblowers that
46:10	have come out it's really nuts to say
46:12	that this thing is going anywhere unless
46:14	it makes some major changes
46:17	now uh i believe it was mark dice who
46:19	did a video and showed a clip
46:21	of an actual employee that was a content
46:24	moderator for facebook
46:26	and he goes over
46:28	how he
46:30	essentially does not believe that
46:32	facebook should be doing as much
46:33	moderation as possible or you know that
46:35	there's a line between freedom of
46:37	expression and freedom of speech and
46:39	content moderation and he says where
46:41	does it land in the middle he says i
46:42	don't believe that they should have the
46:44	power that they do
46:45	and this was put out by facebook so
46:48	facebook actually put out a thing
46:49	basically saying that they are not you
46:52	know they're they're too restrictive
46:55	and then the guy in this like interview
46:57	put out by facebook
46:59	talks about altering section 230 and
47:01	whatever else
47:03	so why would they do that well mark
47:04	dyson i think said it well is because
47:06	they uh
47:08	they can make it so where there are
47:10	certain things that you won't be able to
47:11	touch
47:12	because they'll just be able to kick you
47:14	off
47:16	it would change into something

50:47	inside of the metaverse right this is a
50:49	metaverse refers to a future version of
50:52	the internet where instead of accessing
50:54	the web through laptops and phones
50:56	people will use virtual reality or

51:00	and augmented reality devices to enter a
51:02	virtual space it says dorsey indicated
51:05	late on tuesday that he thought the idea
51:07	was dystopian
51:09	but this is happening uh by the way i i
51:12	was shocked to see that
51:15	as many of you know uh the views on a
51:18	lot of youtube programs are actually
51:21	greater and bigger
51:23	than uh daytime television or even news
51:26	in news it's actually a lot like you

52:30	then you see the game that they're
52:31	playing and they talk well
52:33	these producers see this and these
52:35	directors and these big corporations of
52:38	film companies see this and they want to
52:40	replicate it so they they grab this
52:42	stuff and they go oh well we can make
52:44	our version that's why you're seeing
52:46	these toy commercials in between youtube
52:48	videos that are like kids playing with
52:50	toys just like come play with me or any
52:53	of these
52:54	humongous youtube channels they're
52:56	trying to replicate it and they can't
52:58	because they actually hire actor girls
53:01	and they're like
53:02	i like you you like me let's play
53:05	let's play with
53:06	lol
53:08	and then they have effects and they have
53:10	all the stuff that youtube channels
53:11	don't because they can't go they're like
53:13	how could this be so simple and be
53:15	beating us in ratings
53:17	with this the this is this is all going
53:19	to be part of it they are pushing it
53:21	very hard and they've got big money into
53:23	this well now disney xd is actually
53:26	showing these gamers like markiplier and

53:30	something jacksepticeye and all of these
53:33	people and they're making them uh
53:34	mainstream stars because they're trying
53:36	to port it over to keep people on tv
53:40	but what is going to happen is they're
53:41	going to bring you into the metaverse

53:47	going to be blended into one and you
53:49	think it's not but it is
53:51	this is something that even grandparents

57:41	analyzed um what these ceos were saying
57:44	about the chip shortage back in 2020
57:47	when they said oh don't worry there is

57:51	the ai was able to actually detect
57:54	deception
57:55	in their messaging

57:59	we fast forward to the future

58:04	it basically saw through the bs that
58:06	they these people were saying
58:08	and said hey there really was going to
58:10	be a chip shortage and they were just
58:12	covering it up so

58:16	well you know watch out if you're ceo
58:18	you know they can use ai now to
58:19	determine if you're if your bs and your
58:21	audience right but i i like to look at
58:23	this and say okay look at what this ai
58:25	technology is doing
58:27	and being able to read humans and read
58:29	human interaction and vocal inflection
58:32	and other things like that which we've
58:34	seen people do with body language
58:36	and you know other types of tells i

58:40	and see it all day long right especially

58:47	type technology is going to be able to
58:49	do i mean i imagine if you put ai at the

63:18	walked and then i asked for them to take

63:24	chairs i don't know if they were
63:26	drinking beers it almost looks like rain

63:33	i didn't even notice that the first i
63:34	didn't notice that at all so whether
63:37	these are sodas or whatever they are
63:39	maybe they're off duty maybe they're in
63:40	between but they're sitting in these
63:42	chairs
63:43	and it was like 90 degrees out and
63:46	they're just hanging out
63:48	and sitting by the street
63:50	they're all having a good time they're
63:51	all just sitting there smiling in front

65:07	asked to do this this was in between all

65:59	doorway of the truck and he's grabbing

67:35	something or just making some you know
67:38	dumb or deep underground military bunker

67:44	that's huge they did tunnels

82:19	relic was responsible for that loud

82:25	hour monday night people had no idea
82:27	where it was coming from the late night
82:29	noise startled hundreds of people in
82:31	sacramento
82:33	it says we opened the door and it was
82:34	extremely loud said chris karstens a
82:36	sacramento residence it said that many
82:39	were rattled from bed by the alarming
82:41	sound people in sacramento's tahoe park
82:44	say the siren was coming from the nearby
82:47	smud property that's right smud
82:50	s-m-u-d and we're not talking about red
82:53	light district we're talking about the
82:54	utility uh and it says even tweeted out
82:58	that it appeared to be a building alarm
83:01	it said but that's not what turned it
83:02	out to be it said it was frustrating no
83:05	one had an explanation for it sacramento
83:07	uh resident jenner fearing said
83:10	her name is jennifer fearing
83:13	and she was scared

83:15	just what was making the loud noise it
83:17	says a cold war era air raid siren was
83:21	the culprit
83:23	it said it was one of the dozens of
83:24	civil defense sirens installed across
83:26	the city back in the 1940s to warn
83:28	people of an imminent emergency like a
83:31	dam break or or nuclear war
83:35	and it could be heard for more than a
83:36	mile away
83:41	decks so did were they drilling on this
83:43	or did it go off on accident i
83:46	apparently it went off on accident and
83:48	people were saying why if you're not
83:50	even using these things because it's
83:52	been deprecated in the sense that they
83:53	don't use
83:55	uh these types of sirens anymore because
83:57	they use other things like cell phones
83:59	text alerts and you know the emergency
84:02	broadcast system things like that right
84:04	radio television
84:06	so they're like well why does this thing
84:07	even have power
84:09	that's what they have to do that should
84:10	cut the power to it to i guess shut it
84:12	up but yeah so this thing was there and
84:14	it just decided to go off i don't know
84:16	how why
84:18	but that's that was the cause of the
84:20	sound and of course you know it you just
84:22	imagine hearing this air raid siren
84:23	going off you'd probably be a little
84:25	worried right something doesn't make
84:26	sense here dex it says in a real
84:28	emergency these sirens would have been
84:30	activated by nine one one dispatchers
84:34	but the system was decommissioned years
84:36	ago and a dispatcher told cbs13 that
84:39	they don't even have the equipment to
84:40	turn them on anymore
84:42	now emergency tests are or sent or
84:44	alerts or sent out by tv radio and cell
84:46	phones still more than a dozen of these
84:49	yellow towers remain across sacramento
84:52	with even some long time residents
84:53	unaware they exist it says i've lived in

84:58	been told we have an air raid system

86:41	to refrain from any further
86:42	destabilizing acts it says while we've
86:45	assessed this event does not pose an
86:47	immediate threat to the u.s personnel

86:52	continue to monitor the situation the
86:53	u.s commitment to the defense of the rok

86:59	south korea's joint chiefs of staff for
87:01	the jcs believe that the missile was
87:03	launched eastward from a site near the
87:05	nk city of sinpo
87:08	in the east coast south ham young
87:10	province the korea herald reported that
87:13	this of course had been working on a 3
87:16	000 ton submarine capable of carrying a
87:18	submarine-launched ballistic missile
87:20	so if nk has a submarine that's not that
87:23	they could actually launch something

87:32	he said involved two missile launches

87:36	insisted he had been briefed about two

97:35	care for one country but not another

97:40	happened is china launched this this uh

97:54	and then go into the atmosphere and hit

100:08	towards a target at a hypersonic speed

100:12	it can zigzag fly around change

100:22	basically a undetectable and b you can't
100:24	shoot it down because you don't have the

100:35	in from the south pole and then b it's
100:36	coming in so fast at mach 5.
