03:26	says how a warning about food supply
03:28	sparked panic buying in china now before
03:31	i even start into this one i already
03:34	know that
03:35	first of all there's been a lot of
03:36	articles kind of going through this i
03:38	know the connections between our
03:40	mainstream media and actual china
03:42	we know for a fact that a ton of
03:45	previous articles from newspapers like
03:48	the ny times and others
03:50	had gone back retrospectively and
03:53	deleted a ton of stuff
03:55	and they were essentially pro-china
03:58	articles and a lot of the people that
04:01	archived the internet uh caught that
04:03	they noticed uh at a certain
04:05	specific time that a lot of them were
04:07	deleted and this is when they were kind
04:09	of looking into all the ties of
04:11	of the uh
04:12	i guess the chinese government and the
04:14	media
04:16	and all of a sudden they got deleted so
04:18	i already know that a lot of the stuff
04:20	that comes through
04:21	mainstream especially three letter
04:23	agencies like cnn
04:25	that it's going to be possibly swayed
04:27	it's not going to be like true
04:28	journalism but we still follow these
04:31	because there's a lot of telltale signs
04:33	here now
04:34	i think that they're going back and
04:35	they're trying to tell people that
04:37	that this was
04:39	the chinese government essentially put
04:41	out a warning
04:42	to its people to stock up on foods and
04:44	essentials and everything and it was
04:46	very vague and it flipped everybody out
04:49	the entire country went out and panic
04:51	bought just like we did in cv this was a
04:54	day after of course a whole school of
04:57	children got taken in hazmat suits onto
04:59	a bus and and as part of their zero cv
05:03	measures right if any of that
05:06	if anybody tests uh the opposite of
05:08	negative uh you will end up getting you
05:11	know taken to these places to separate
05:13	yourselves from the rest of the world
05:15	right uh that was a couple days after a
05:17	whole entire train because the conductor
05:20	actually had contact contact with
05:22	somebody who tested uh the opposite of
05:24	negative
05:26	uh the whole train was actually taken
05:28	and put in this kind of separation thing
05:31	right
05:32	and that was of course uh just a month
05:35	after
05:36	all of china the all of the main
05:38	mouthpieces as uh the most of the
05:41	culture takes as gospel it is basically
05:44	a press conference from their country uh
05:47	basically stated that uh we are the ones
05:50	who created
05:51	and distributed all of what is going on
05:54	right now
05:55	now whether that's true or not that's
05:56	what they told their people and they
05:58	said that it was an attack towards them
06:01	now if i i wouldn't be able to say this
06:03	unless it was actually backed up uh the
06:05	people's daily shenzhen
06:06	all of these uh approved messages went
06:09	out through the chinese government
06:11	remember anything that goes through
06:12	these newspapers has to be approved by
06:14	the government directly so it's pretty
06:16	big deal now dicks i'm going to bring
06:18	you in as far as like uh you know then
06:21	they tried to minimize it then they came
06:22	back and said oh this is only and this
06:25	was this is what was supposed to make
06:26	you feel better by the way
06:29	what they said is that it was oh don't
06:31	worry it's just because uh we're asking
06:33	you to prepare just in case we get
06:35	locked down again
06:37	what does that say to you dex
06:40	well they didn't do this the first
06:41	go-round they didn't even do it in the
06:43	middle of the first go round
06:45	so it is kind of interesting that
06:46	they're telling people to stock up and
06:49	it is totally expected that they would
06:51	panic by like they're doing now there's
06:53	a huge ramification to that because
06:55	there are going to be people that don't
06:56	have anything
06:57	there's going to be a shortage there and
06:59	when there's a shortage there it affects
07:01	the rest of the world imagine how many
07:03	people are in that country and what
07:04	percentage of the population of earth is
07:06	in that country
07:08	their demands are going to go up
07:10	for importing and taking from other
07:12	places around the world
07:14	and greed typically likes to sell so
07:16	when they sell uh other people are going
07:19	to pay the price in the sense that their
07:20	prices are going to go up or their limit
07:22	their stock is going to go down in the
07:24	sense of the amount of availability
07:28	now as uh as far as the whole country
07:31	going out and doing this it there were
07:33	videos all over twitter and who knows
07:35	maybe they were on purpose i i do
07:36	believe there were too many videos for
07:38	this to be a fake event i believe it's
07:40	very realistic and totally believable uh
07:42	that they freaked out their entire
07:43	country uh all of the videos and all of
07:46	the uh stuff that was going through
07:48	weibo and wechat their social media
07:51	networks which are monitored by the
07:52	government
07:54	shows that they let it you know they let
07:56	these videos out uh they let people know
07:58	that that other people were freaking out
08:01	and
08:02	it basically shows that this was a real
08:04	event as far as in china all these
08:07	stores are now out of everything it is
08:10	as bad or worse as when we first knew
08:12	that we were going to go into lockdown
08:15	here in the united states if you
08:16	remember i actually did videos outside
08:19	of costco where there was a mile a
08:21	literal mile long line uh just to get
08:24	into the parking lot we weren't even in
08:26	the parking lot i was so far out that
08:28	you know i i couldn't throw a rock at
08:29	costco in fact if i had
08:32	uh a bang bang i most likely uh would
08:35	have had to get like a sniper to hit it
08:37	right
08:38	so
08:39	that's how far we were out then and and
08:41	when you got there there was no toilet
08:42	paper there was no this there was no nap
08:44	there was no uh canned goods because
08:46	people here freaked out a lot of our
08:48	people did not uh because they were
08:50	stocked up and we told you beforehand
08:52	that you know hey they're warning of us
08:54	of a demik right and again i'm going to
08:58	talk about something later
09:00	which is why this thumbnail is so

09:03	reflection of the glasses uh that is
09:05	being talked about now if you don't know
09:07	what that is somebody will tell you in
09:08	the chat but that is something that has
09:10	been eradicated since 1981

09:15	warning about it and i have been
09:17	following this for two years
09:19	uh and i'll talk about that here in a
09:21	little bit here we bought an extreme
09:23	amount

09:25	uh protection against this and everybody
09:27	was like what the hell is going on here

09:31	get to that uh in just a few but as far
09:33	as this goes uh this tells me that
09:37	something is going on something is about
09:39	to happen whether it's propaganda or not
09:41	i just have to say that you know this we
09:44	we saw all of those videos uh coming out
09:46	of china that were purposely put out
09:49	that showed all of the streets lined up
09:51	with people and all of this and all that
09:54	and it scared the hell out of us
09:56	i think it's it scares a lot of people
09:58	when they see children getting put in
09:59	hazmat suits into buses it certainly

10:03	scare the
10:05	chinese people that did not give consent
10:07	for their children to be loaded up and
10:09	taken away right
10:10	so
10:11	there is a purpose for everything that
10:14	they let fly
10:15	that very well could be after telling
10:17	the entire country that we as far as we
10:20	as i mean the us is responsible for this
10:22	entire event
10:24	that might be to make their entire
10:26	country hate
10:27	us
10:29	and by us i mean u.s right so i i don't
10:32	know what is going on here but i i
10:34	it was pretty pretty freaky it says a
10:36	version of the story appeared in cnn's
10:38	meanwhile in china's newsletter a three
10:41	times a week update exploring what you
10:43	need to know about the country's rise
10:44	and how it impacts the world it says few
10:46	issues are more important to beijing
10:48	than food security for centuries china's
10:51	rulers have grappled with the challenges
10:53	of feeding a large expanding population
10:56	droughts if floods and famines
10:59	a feature prominently throughout chinese
11:01	history and rebellions launched by
11:03	starving peasants toppled numerous
11:06	imperial dynasties
11:08	that's a very important part here there
11:10	were powerful governments or powerful
11:12	ruling uh dynasties that were in power
11:16	and because they could not feed their
11:17	large population
11:19	they ended up getting taken over
11:22	so that is probably a fear on xi's mind
11:25	of course it says but the government's
11:27	latest attempt to head off concerns
11:29	about pricing and supply appears to be
11:31	spiraling out of control a missive about
11:34	stockpiling food uh or i'm sorry a
11:36	message about stockpiling food from
11:38	china's ministry of commerce sparked
11:40	panic buying among the public and
11:42	frenzied online speculation this week at
11:45	first glance the notice didn't seem too
11:47	different from the typical uh directives
11:49	that the chinese government has sent in
11:51	the past
11:52	stressing the need to shore up supplies
11:54	but this one orders local authorities to
11:57	ensure that their citizens have an a
11:59	quote adequate supply of essentials this
12:02	winter it also instructs those
12:03	governments to keep food costs stable a
12:06	point of concern in recent weeks as
12:08	extreme weather energy shortages and the
12:11	cv
12:12	restrictions threaten supply
12:15	but monday's directive has attached
12:18	attracted the attention of everyday
12:20	chinese in a way that few other
12:21	government notices have in part
12:24	that appears to be because it includes
12:26	rare language about the need for local
12:28	authorities to encourage families to
12:31	stockpile daily necessities even if the
12:35	notice wasn't intended for the average
12:37	household to read many online have
12:39	seized it on a personal warning
12:41	seized on it as a personal warning it
12:43	says the government didn't even tell us
12:45	to stock goods when the cv
12:47	erupted in early 2020 wrote one user uh
12:51	and of course it says the reaction uh
12:53	has since escalated so for them not to
12:56	say this during any of the previous
12:58	events and for them to see that now
13:00	that's a huge thing
13:02	this is a giant uh a giant difference
13:06	because they get notices and i i've
13:08	covered this before they get all of
13:09	these notices to their phone they get uh
13:11	of course text messages and and uh
13:14	different alerts kind of like we get
13:16	an amber alert they get those all the
13:18	time and a lot of them are actually
13:20	anti-different countries anti-this
13:22	anti-that
13:23	a lot of them are saying
13:25	you know different news stories that
13:26	they want to punch in and make sure that
13:28	there are people here as far as the the
13:30	way that they want to run their country
13:32	uh some are about uh of course notices
13:35	of surveillance and things like this
13:38	so when this notice happened that's why
13:40	they say they they get these things all
13:42	a lot of a lot of kind of notices all
13:44	the time but they've never gotten one
13:45	like this and that is what sent the
13:47	whole country off and that that is what
13:49	gets you know gets me uh as uh looking
13:52	at this and going holy crap what the
13:54	hell are they preparing for
13:56	uh you know some have uh speculated that
13:59	it could be that they are preparing for
14:01	a ww3 that they are preparing for an
14:04	event preparing for another uh you know
14:08	kind of thing to come out as far as what
14:10	we're dealing with now only worse
14:12	so

14:22	heart not just the government because of
14:24	being potentially being toppled like in
14:25	the past but to people that are actually
14:27	living today and i say that because they
14:29	had a huge famine back in the 50s and
14:31	60s which there are plenty of people
14:33	that are still alive
14:34	that live through that time period and
14:36	that time period wiped out like 10
14:38	million people barely lived barely lived
14:40	through that time period
14:42	yeah i learned about that in probably uh
14:45	junior year and it was pretty scary i uh
14:48	ended up
14:49	it was like back-to-back papers i did a
14:51	paper on the dark the dark ages the
14:55	uh kind of the dark ages of the um
14:58	uh
14:59	you know of course of the the ring
15:02	around the rosie and all the crazy stuff
15:03	that happened during the dark ages and
15:04	then i did a back-to-back paper on on
15:06	that and um again i
15:09	that was a long time ago but it was
15:11	pretty scary to say the least to not
15:14	know
15:15	there wasn't the systems that there were
15:17	today i mean we take a lot for granted
15:19	as far as food and where it comes from
15:21	and who makes it
15:23	that's why the reliance a lot of the
15:25	prepper community they are so much more
15:27	ahead of everybody else because if you
15:28	know how to make food or if you know how
15:30	to grow food or if you know how to uh
15:33	collect food a big thing that people are
15:35	practicing is
15:37	being able to collect food in the wild
15:40	you won't have the internet if an shtf
15:42	situation happens most people need to
15:45	have
15:46	you know all of this information on a
15:47	book
15:48	you're not going to have a phone if
15:50	there's no electricity you're not going
15:51	to have you know google to look this
15:52	stuff up that's why you should have
15:55	hardback or you know some sort of paper
15:58	actual information about what you can
15:59	eat what you can eat a lot of people
16:02	that end up uh you know
16:03	passing in these survival situations are
16:06	because they eat the wrong thing
16:08	uh or don't have antibiotics or other
16:11	things that you know a lot of things
16:13	that we can actually with technology and
16:14	with all of our resources now we can get
16:17	our hands on if if you uh talk to the
16:19	right people

18:22	bellingcat as the son of the deputy
18:24	director of sfb's second service and the

18:28	fsb's directorate for protection and
18:30	constitutional order general alexey

18:34	was reportedly serving as a secretary at
18:37	the embassy he was also reported to have
18:39	worked as the third secretary of
18:41	russia's delegation to the united
18:43	nations in vienna starting in 2013.
18:46	so not only was he the spy's son but he
18:50	was also important himself
18:53	it said his remains were repatriated
18:55	within days to moscow before german
18:57	officials could investigate germany uh
18:59	security officials charged the
19:01	protecting embassy or charged with
19:03	protecting the embassy are said to have
19:05	found the money of a man at 7 20 a.m

19:10	spiegel reports that he had been working
19:12	at the embassy since mid-2019 as a

22:17	considering building a type of small
22:19	reactor connected now to pevkeff's

22:27	a professor of nuclear science and
22:29	engineering at the massachusetts
22:31	institute of technology said in a
22:33	telephone
22:34	interview these small reactors he said
22:36	can also warm greenhouses
22:38	or provide heat for industrial purposes
22:42	in bringing uh to life the new approach
22:44	he said the russians are ahead
22:47	so we are in a topsy-turvy world right
22:50	now where china is ahead of us in a.i
22:52	and russia is ahead of us in clean
22:54	energy
22:55	or not clean energy i guess in in
22:58	whatever you want to call this
23:00	nuclear powered residential heating is
23:02	distinct from running space or water
23:04	heaters with electricity uh generated
23:07	from nuclear sources direct nuclear
23:09	heating tried in small pockets of russia
23:12	and sweden circulates water between a
23:14	power plant and homes transferring heat
23:16	directly from fissioning uranium atoms
23:19	to residences
23:21	uh dex would you put this in your house

23:40	wary of anything nuclear related to them

23:46	known to to cover up chernobyl and it
23:48	was the biggest disaster ever and of
23:50	course uh
23:51	bringing it back i just want to remind
23:53	you yesterday or the day before
23:56	uh kim jong-un told the nk uh people he

24:02	you know don't wh what was it hide from
24:05	falling snow uh falling snow carries the
24:08	the the bad stuff the the bad stuff
24:10	that's going around that we're all
24:12	wearing uh covers for
24:14	he said that falling snow

24:21	that related you know if snow
24:24	what did they think in chernobyl well a
24:26	lot of them said uh the ones that lived
24:28	through it they said it looked like snow
24:30	falling and it was really nuclear
24:32	fallout from of course the explosion at
24:35	chernobyl so i was thinking man

24:39	in on something that we're not is there
24:42	about to be nuclear fallout somewhere is
24:44	that why they're telling china
24:46	to prepare and have daily essentials
24:48	through the winter
24:51	all at the same time as they're testing

24:58	basically a uh orbital bombardment

25:18	from the reaction or if they just make
25:20	it from
25:21	you know other things that generate off
25:23	of the power generated from the nuclear
25:25	reactor but
25:26	you know they do float around with with
25:28	small nuclear reactors on them
25:30	yeah but i think that part of the ship
25:32	is made out of lead or something
25:35	to protect them from that and i get i
25:37	get that but if the water is actually
25:39	passing through it is that how the uh

27:53	be planning 150 nuclear reactors over

27:59	than have been built around the world

28:04	a signal that uranium production needs

28:10	announced wednesday uh what that it is
28:12	making progress on restarting its langer
28:15	heinrich uranium mine in nambia or
28:17	namabia it says and earlier this week
28:20	advanced uranium explorer boss energy
28:23	said it will begin a new drilling
28:25	program at its flagship honeymoon
28:28	uranium project in south australia

28:38	that with the aim of building mining
28:40	inventory to extend production life and
28:42	achieve higher rates boss has so far
28:44	built its uranium resource source to
28:46	71.67 million pounds meanwhile the
28:49	nuclear
28:50	nuclear regulatory council of turkey has
28:53	approved construction of a fourth
28:55	reactor at the caillou
28:57	nuclear power power plant in mervin
28:59	province southeast turkey the unit will
29:02	be built by aku nuclear a subsidiary of
29:05	russian nuclear engineer rasatam
29:08	which that rossitom name sounds really
29:10	familiar and will be the final phase of
29:12	a 20 billion dollar project

29:21	going to make more nuclear plants

30:08	especially in their major cities you

30:15	moving to something else is probably
30:17	beneficial to their own you know even
30:19	their micro environment let alone the
30:20	whole macro you know global environment

30:26	far more power you know between them and
30:28	india are the two biggest countries of
30:30	population so they're going to need far
30:31	more power

30:34	envision that they need to build this
30:36	many plants

30:39	manufacturing they do right it's
30:41	how much stuff they built and how much
30:43	they expect to build whether it's for
30:45	their military for the government or for

70:39	and employment of future long-range
70:42	surface-to-surface fires across the us

82:06	for comparison the distance between
82:08	earth and the moon is about 385
82:11	000 kilometers as such despite being
82:13	classified as a potentially hazardous
82:15	asteroid due to its size and close
82:17	proximity to earth so it's huge it could
82:20	end our earth actually if it was closer
82:23	and it was hitting but it is not one

83:20	120 or 180 million dollars on top of the

83:28	and he put his entire personal fortune

83:32	if you know much about elon musk as a
83:34	person and like what he you know as he
83:36	grew up and things there's more and more
83:38	coming out about like why he thinks the
83:40	way he does

83:44	believes that our world is is uh going
83:47	to end at some point and he believes
83:50	humanity's best choice

83:53	the survival of our species
83:55	is to move off a planet
83:57	now he said some things publicly uh but

84:01	that a lot of people do not know about
84:04	he's very specific
84:06	he thinks that any number of these
84:07	things are going to happen he sounds a
84:08	whole lot like uh your boy here
84:12	i just thought it was crazy to hear
84:14	somebody that is the richest person on
84:16	earth supposedly right there could be
84:18	richer in the dark
84:21	almost 300 billion dollars i don't know
84:23	if you remember but last year it was
84:24	like 120 and now it's
84:27	almost tripled
84:29	he gained 25 billion in a week
84:32	when uh hurts said that they were buying
84:33	a hundred thousand teslas
84:36	he's got so much money he could own
84:38	entire countries
84:40	and he is saying that he is doing this
84:42	and he's putting everything he has into
84:44	it because he wants to save
84:46	the human species
84:49	that is that's freaky to me
84:53	he is also into all of the end of the
84:55	world stuff but he's also one of the
84:57	most in the know people out there he's
84:58	got government the government comes
85:00	begging to him to load their stuff up at
85:03	first they thought he was a joke
85:05	now he's on the inside now he's on all
85:07	of these different boards he's on all
85:09	these committees and he knows he's on
85:12	the inside he knows what's in all of
