00:40 very few done in the past in fact uh the
00:43 last one was
00:44 the presidential alert or at least of
00:46 this nature
00:47 now if you don’t remember back in 2018 i
00:49 actually had one of the largest videos
00:51 i’ve ever had
00:52 and it was completely unexpected the
00:54 reason why is
00:55 i said that it may be something uh that
00:58 is getting pushed onto the phones
01:01 i wasn’t alone in fact after that video
01:03 a day after in fact
01:05 not only did snowden but also the late
01:07 mcafee
01:08 uh reverberated my statements in fact uh
01:11 we’ll link that video and

01:19 now why do i think that we should turn
01:21 off our phones
01:22 i’ll tell you that in just a second
01:24 first let’s let the the people know the
01:26 official
01:27 reason for this uh actual alert
01:30 it says the national emergency alert
01:32 test scheduled for august
01:34 11th there will be a national test of
01:36 the wireless emergency alert or the wea
01:39 and the emergency alert system
01:41 on august 11th at 2 20 pm eastern
01:44 it says according to fema and the waa
01:46 will only be sent to cell phones who
01:48 have opted in to receive
01:50 test messages the message will also be
01:52 broadcast over television and
01:54 radio this will be the second ever test
01:58 of the wa system on mobile devices and
02:01 the first test of the system with the
02:03 opt-in feature
02:04 the message will display in either
02:06 english or spanish depending on the
02:07 language setting of each phone
02:09 that has opted in to receive the message
02:11 this test will be the sixth
02:13 ever sent over television and radio so
02:16 this isn’t your average weekly
02:18 test of the emergency programming this
02:21 is a separate
02:22 uh doomsday alert this is essentially
02:25 what the presidential alert was supposed
02:27 to be as well
02:28 again when the presidential alert
02:30 happened because of
02:31 who was our president everybody had a 50
02:34 50
02:35 kind of opinion about it but my opinion
02:38 uh was of course
02:39 that of the same of edward snowden late
02:42 mcafee and
02:43 many others in the cyber security world
02:46 the reason why possible upstream
02:49 surveillance or things being pushed

03:37 mysteriously disappeared
03:39 uh or i’m sorry mysteriously uh ended up
03:42 passing away right uh we won’t debate
03:44 about that today but again

03:50 uh again it doesn’t even go that back

03:53 or it has been scrubbed i don’t know but
03:56 again this was
03:57 somebody who was lucky enough to snap

04:00 it says quote the presidential alerts
04:03 they are capable
04:04 of accessing the e911 chip in your
04:07 phones giving them full access to your
04:09 location
04:10 microphone camera and every function of
04:12 your phone
04:13 this is not a rant this is from me still
04:16 one of the leading cyber security
04:17 experts
04:18 wake up people again you can say
04:21 whatever you want about mcafee but this
04:23 man had
04:24 top security clearance for a long time
04:26 in fact he was one of the founders of of
04:28 course
04:28 mcafee antivirus that’s why he said that
04:31 now he might have been eccentric but the
04:33 guy was
04:34 smart whatever you believe about him or
04:37 snowden
04:38 if he’s a hero of of course talking
04:39 about snowden if he’s a hero or
04:41 a traitor doesn’t really matter what
04:44 does matter is that we uh
04:45 of course you know the argument doesn’t
04:47 matter but i guess the point is
04:49 my opinion is that this may be upstream
04:52 surveillance
04:53 so it’s up to you and it is your choice

04:56 opt out or to opt into these things i
04:59 highly believe that this
05:00 uh back then was a way to actually
05:03 possibly attach things to people’s
05:05 phones of course
05:07 uh like upstream surveillance as far as
05:09 all of the burner phones all of the
05:11 walmart phones and all of these phones
05:12 that
05:13 uh people that they don’t have track of
05:15 uh honestly
05:16 how these things work they basically
05:18 take uh they
05:19 take your phone and it shuts down
05:21 there’s no way to get around it unless
05:23 you press ok
05:24 now if you press ok on a phone like this
05:26 99 of them have a camera on the front
05:29 uh the e911 chip or any other the the
05:32 kind of back doors they have in here
05:34 could trigger a camera to take your
05:35 photo
05:36 possibly even take your fingerprint take
05:38 everything
05:39 or it could put something on your phone
05:41 for later use and they could do it all
05:43 in one push
05:44 maybe this is a kind of signal that they
05:46 can’t hide
05:47 and they can do it right now with this
05:50 so again what do you think about this

07:22 uh in fact in california they actually
07:25 were wearing full de
07:26 contamination suits and decontaminating
07:29 one of their blackhawks
07:31 so what are they actually preparing for
07:33 well my guess is the
07:34 most probable scenario and again that
07:36 most probable scenario whether it’s
07:38 planned or it’s some sort of big plan
07:40 doesn’t matter to me i would rather know
07:42 beforehand and i would rather plan
07:44 ahead not trying to scare anybody but
