regarding the new Advanced military capability it says that neurostrike is a military term defined as engineered targeting of the brains of military personnel or civilians using non-kinetic uh just to break that down non-kinetic meaning it's not physically impacting you it is something with waves or something that is that is uh either going through you it won't make an impact but it will actually uh hit you right it says the goal is to impair thinking reduce situational awareness inflict long-term neurological damage and Cloud normal cognitive functions now remember over the last couple years they've been doing studies about talking about how they would be able to stop somebody from walking think about this a a front line of soldiers are walking towards or marching towards their enemy and they fire a weapon with say that's on the back of a Jeep or something some sort of wave weapon that stops them in their tracks similar to like where they have these uh uh these weapons they've been using that used uh specific
